Five minutes walk from the beach. Near beach bars and promenade. With a very large and sunny terrace, facing south and with a canopy that covers it makes it very pleasant. With garden and communal pool. Near the center of the city and restaurants. The apartment consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, terrace and two bedrooms, in case the reservation is only for two people one of the bedrooms could be blocked.

Conociendo de verdad Rota y sus playas.

Muy intersante toda la ciudad,sus playas magnificas, y su gente. Muy bien la casa en todo,muy recomendable Muy buena la atencion,todo en su punto Tan solo quiero feseñar que las viviendas de todos los bloques no tienen ascensor.Yo estaba en la segunda,y ultima planta.... Pero todo se soluciona con voluntad,animo de pasarlo bien,y certeza de que vais a ir a un lugar estupendo,incluyendo la piscina.. ¡¡¡¡Para repetir!!!!

Rota by the beach

A very nice apartment and great location for the town, beach,restaurants and getting around Cadiz province. Lovely area with a nice host -Antonio. Hope to be back there at sometime in the near future.

Very nice place...

We spent two weeks in the apartment and enjoyed our time there a lot. Everything was as promised and host Antonio a very nice and always helpful person. We would surely book this place again!

Apartamento estupendo

Hemos estado alojados en este apartamento durante 12 días. Nos ha parecido estupendo, no le falta detalle y con una terraza muy amplia (es tal y como se ve en las fotos). Casa limpia, con menaje suficiente y en buen estado, y electrodomésticos nuevos. Además tiene garaje y un cuarto para guardar o utilizar artículos de playa (tumbonas, sombrillas, etc.). La playa más cercana, se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos andando, por la pista forestal hasta el chiringuito las Dunas; y la playa de la Costilla y su paseo están a 15 minutos. La piscina comunitaria, no es muy amplia pero es suficiente para darse un chapuzón y que los niños puedan jugar tranquilamente después de un día de playa. Como detalle, se puede acceder a cualquier hora del día, respetando las horas de descanso. Si volvemos a Rota no dudaremos en alojarnos aquí. Muchas gracias Antonio.

Wonderful one bedroom condo

The property was very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. Only two blocks from the beach and very close to town. The location was perfect. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again .

Appartement très agréable, superbe terrasse avec table d qualité. L équipement de l appartement est très bien. Piscine très agréable. L appartement est également proche du centre ville mais dans quartier calme et boulangerie et supermarché se font à pied en 15 min. Propriétaire très sympathique également.

Nos ha encantado pasar estos días de sol en este alojamiento. El piso, además de decorado con gusto, tiene todo lo q puedas necesitar durante tu estancia para sentirte como en casa. La piscina sin duda es un extra con el que complementar los días de playa. No se puede pedir más!
