Totally equipped and recently refurbished, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is enjoyable throughout the year for its different activities. Ideal for a short or longer break with family, friends and pets, as accesible to all ( entrance from the ground floor).

The exceptional site of the Dunes of Flandres is unique. 15 km of beach, 1,000 ha of nature, the wind, a wonderful stretch of sea.

Best location for kite surfing, tennis, jogging, sailing, windsurf, horseback-riding, "longe côte",...while exploring the wild dunes of Northern France and its history!...

Herrliches Nichtstun

Kleines Häuschen mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Kleiner Garten zur Mitbenutzung was wir sehr genossen haben. Wenn man keine große Aktion will ein guter Ort zum Abschalten und sich den Wind um die Nase wehen zu lassen.

Très belle maison ...un garage pour ranger les affaires de plage...par contre dans le descriptif n est pas mentionné le deuxième étage...escalier un peu raide ... Salle a manger petite mais bon on s y fait ..voilà cordialement

Agréable sejour avec petits enfants

Emplacement idéal qui permet d aller à la plage à pied, pas loin du Carrefour. Maison bien équipée, petit jardin ceint de murs bien pratique pour un chien. Dommage que les escaliers soient si raides. Un très bon sejour dans l ensemble.

Cocon proche des dunes

Lorsque l'on rentre dans cette maison, une atmosphère familiale se fait ressentir. Décoration ancienne qui participe à ce sentiment. Très bien située, au calme mais proche de tout. Petit bémol pour le jardin (pelouse pas tondue) et table et mobilier de jardin qui n'avait pas été nettoyé pour notre arrivée par contre le reste de la maison était impeccable. La communication avec le propriétaire mérite un 10/10. Malgré les travaux dans l'Avenue, aucune difficulté de parking et pas de nuisance sonore. Très beau séjour qui nous a permis de nous oxygéner en compagnie de notre chien. Cette location est parfaite mais ne convient pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Merci au propriétaire d'avoir partagé sa maison d'enfance avec nous et de nous avoir permis de profiter des belles plages de Bray-Dunes.

Promenade sur la digue, partie de golfe a quelques mètres, resto a prix raisonnable, endroit calme dommage la météo n était pas avec nous mais sa on ne peut rien y faire. Merci

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und Supermarkt. Ideal, um die Küste von Belgien nach Calais zu erkunden. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Super vacances :)!!!!!!!!!

Jolie petite villa dotée de toutes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, fours micro-ondes et classique, chaise haute pour enfant, jeux de plage, parasols, 2 vélos, TV, WIFI, ...), bien lumineuse, avec un jardinet bien clôturé (bien pour enfants en bas âge et le chien :)) + terrasse en bois à l'arrière de la maison, environs calmes; propreté impeccable du lieu situé à 500m de la très belle plage, à proximité d'un petit Carrefour (pratique pour les courses), des restaurants et autres glaciers sur la vaste digue; accueil nickel à notre arrivée avec toutes les informations données préalablement par le propriétaire très aimable puis par la personne détentrice de la clé d'entrée (qui ouvre aussi les autres portes de la maison et se replace dans un boitier avec code à l'extérieur => super si personne n'est distrait :)); facilité de parking (possibilité de laisser 2 voitures devant l'immeuble sans problème); serviettes et draps de lits mis à disposition, lits préparés par la personne d'accueil (très agréable et disponible au besoin, se chargeant également de la remise en ordre finale après le départ des locataires), 3 jolies chambres aux étages (dont une vaste au premier) et 2 salles de bain + 2 WC (dont un au rez), grand garage pour stocker tout le matériel de plage. Seuls minimes points un peu moins "confortables" : frigo-table petit et peu de place dans la kitchenette pour ranger les courses, cage d'escalier vers les étages un peu "raide" quand il faut l'emprunter avec des enfants très jeunes ou un bébé dans les bras :). Mais dans l'ensemble, vraiment idéal pour 5 ou 6 adultes et 2 petits enfants (lits parapluie apportés par nous et disposés dans les chambres) + notre chien. En résumé, nous avons passé dans cette villa un super séjour, d'autant plus que la météo a été nickel (soleil et ciel bleu toute la semaine); belle découverte de Bray-Dunes, très agréable station que nous ne connaissions pas! A découvrir et nous recommandons à fond :)!!!!!!!

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing weekend. The house Was clean and has everything you need. It is a short walk to the beach, to the Restaurants and to a grocery Store. The village is quite and perfect for relaxation.

My father passed out and I decided to share with my guests my family vacation home, while am not able to enjoy it myself. This is where I spent my childhood vacation and where I learnt to sail.
