Situated on a Private Tropical Beach on the Atlantic our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is decorated in a Tropical Island theme. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Master Bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a flat-screen TV with cable. The Living room has a 43 inch flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. The condo also has Central Air Conditioning, password protected high-speed internet. The kitchen has corian counter top, dishwasher, microwave and an ice-maker in the freezer. We have a pool, shuffle board, tiki hut will 2 gas grills and 3 tables for dining. We also have green space between our beach and building. We have additional green space along the East side of our property. Our landscaping consists of palm trees and colorful native tropical flowering trees and shrubs. Each condo has it's own parking space marked with it's condo number. We are as close as walking distance to a 5 minute drive to great ocean-side restaurants, kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing charters, diving, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital and State Parks. Enjoy the keys

We had a wonderful week; perfect weather and plenty to do. The condo was very clean, spacious and had the perfect little beach. I would highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Great place

The condo is great, clean and well equipped. The complex is well maintained. The beach is small but nice. The kids loved the calm water, and the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was one of the cleanest places that I have ever stayed in. From the tile floors to the kitchen countertops was just beautiful. The owner reached out to me a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. The location is a very relaxing location.

Perfect little spot!

The condo is wonderfully located on one of the smaller/less busy keys, right on the ocean with a private beach and heated pool. The place was sparkling clean and had cute ocean condo decor. Two bedrooms with mounted tvs, two bathrooms and a decent sized kitchen and living room were perfect for our family. The location to local restaurants, walking and bike path, the pool and beach were awesome. When we were ready to see the sites it never took over 10 minutes to see things around Marathon. There is so much to do in the area, there is zero risk of boredom even for a 2 week vacation. Michael was a great host and we look forward to coming back in the future! You cannot go wrong with this condo!

The Keys- July 2024

Our family had a blast at this property. The communication with the owner was fantastic and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I and our 3 kids (9 and under). Would highly recommend this spot to anyone for so many different reasons!

Perfect vaca

Property was exactly as advertised. Private beach lovely pool and a great escape from cold weather. Very clean condo with a wonderful host. We stayed 3 weeks and love this part of the Keys.

Best condo in the keys

I believe this is our 3rd time staying in this condo. There is a reason we keep coming back! The condo is always immaculate and well stocked. The grounds and the swimming pool are always clean. The private beach is never crowded and pristine. The owner Michael, is just a phone call away and always has wonderful suggestions for dining and activities. Michael goes above and beyond to make a visit to his condo a perfect vacation.

Beautiful location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all of the amenities that you may need. The property was well kept up. Michael was very accommodating and touched base with us. We will definitely rent from him again.

The condo was great. Clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We loved the beach and the pool. Great location in central Keys. Micheal was so helpful during the whole process. He gave us great tips and recommendations about things to do, and was super quick to respond anytime I had a question.

Awesome condo!

Wonderful stay. People are friendly, the beach views are beautiful, and this condo is located in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of beach chairs to use. Grilling area is awesome! Condo had everything we needed including 4 beach towels. Communication from owner was perfect. Would definitely reccomend

A comfortable place to relax

If you want action, night life, etc. stay in Key West. If you want R&R this condo/location on Marathon will fit the bill. It’s about half way between the upper and lower keys so easy access to anywhere you want to explore. If you have any questions or issues arise, the host, Michael, is very responsive.

Key Colony Stay Condo

The property owner was always available. Offered great information about the area and activities. We Loved the space! Very clean! Very accessible for us (mother of 2 teens) while staying in Marathon —-as the rest of the family was renting a home with a dock on the bay side. About an hour drive to Key West which we traveled there 3 times during our 7 day stay! I highly recommend! Easy check-in and check out!

Great location

Older condo buildings but quite unique. This unit was being renovated and we were the last guests to rent it prior to it. The unit had some cleanliness issues upon our arrival but once the owner was notified it was abruptly addressed. This unit is right next to the pool which is immaculate. The grounds in this complex are well manicured. There was quite a large family group that rented multiple units at this time and were a lot of fun to interact with even sharing drinks and homemade seafood ceviche. It was a great time.

Perfect location, well-equipped, wonderful!

My family and I just finished our third trip to Key Colony Beach but our first stay at this property (it was thankfully spared the worst of Hurricane Irma). We had a great time and found the space to be excellent. * Location! It was right by the pool (perfect for the kids, who are always forgetting things and needing to run back to the condo). The beach was just steps away. We also enjoyed the nightly views at Sunset Park. * "Extras" included. You know how annoying it is when you get to a rental and you have to buy every little thing for basic functionality (coffee filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, beach towels and toys, dishwasher detergent, etc.)? That is NOT the case here. We felt right at home immediately because it was all set for comfortable living. * Spacious. The living room had plenty of space for our active boys. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds (king in master, two doubles in second). * Attractive grounds. The larger property is well-maintained. The beach tiki hut was the perfect spot for a grill-out, and the beach chairs and pool area were clean and updated. The kids enjoyed the shuffleboard. * Friendly and helpful owner: Michael was easy to work with and had good suggestions for local activities. We definitely hope to return! You won't regret choosing this condo.

Perfect retreat

This property was so very clean! Great location in reference to the water and to all of the different keys! Safe neighborhood to run in and quiet at night! When I come back to the Keys, this will definitely be our go to place
