This house offers you the best of both worlds. It is in a lovely, quiet location, for rest and relaxation, but also you can walk to the beach and town.
It is a large house with 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. (Only one photo shown, they are similar.) All bedrooms are large and they all have a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms each with a shower. There is a utility room with a washing machine. There is also a large open-plan room containing a modern newly-fitted kitchen with a dining table and chairs and a sofa area for relaxing. This room is air-conditioned.
There is a large terrace with a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' and a roof terrace with a sea view. There is a small garden with parking for 1 large or 2 small/medium cars.
Walking about.: The house is on a hill, so the times given for walking anywhere vary, depending on whether you are going generally downhill or uphill. For example, I can walk TO the nearest shop in about 5 minutes, because it is all down hill, but it is maybe 15 minutes to walk BACK (slowly)
Also walking TO the beach can be 20 minutes but walking BACK is maybe 35 minutes.
Garden area/parking: There is a small garden/parking area in front of the house. Enough space for two small/medium cars.
When to visit: The Montenegran coast has a Mediterranean climate with long, dry summers and short, mild winters.
In July and August (high season) it is almost always hot. The maximum temperature is 29 degrees and this is the most popular time for tourists. Friendly, fun and buzzing.
Also, May, June and September (mid season) are warm, dry and sunny. The sea is still warm enough for swimming and there are fewer tourists which you may prefer.
Even October has an average maximum temperature of 21.6 degrees and can sometimes still be pleasantly warm.
