Exclusive holiday home in an exclusive location on Lake Sommen

This stunning holiday home with guest house is located on a small peninsula on a cape almost completely surrounded by water. Around the house there is a wooden deck and, on cooler weather, allows the glazed veranda close to nature. There are two private private docks with ladders right next to the house as well as a beach with its own boat.
The house is furnished to a high standard, the kitchen is open and impresses with its high quality simplicity. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor and the toilet is on both floors.

In the guesthouse there is a double bed and a loft for two larger children.

It is also possible to use the wood-fired sauna which is located at the larger pier.

Sheets and towels can be rented.
Cleaning is not included.

Beautiful spot on lake Sommen with perfect hosts!
We had wonderful and relaxing holidays. The house is located in a beautiful secluded location on the lake but still has a central location for day trips and excursions. Eva and Lennart are wonderful hosts and always available in case of problems and find a solution immediately. We didn't miss anything and the next vacation is already booked.Thank you and see you soon!

Traumhafte Lage
Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am See Sommen ist einfach traumhaft. Die Motorboote können jedoch schon nerven. Am Wochenende fahren recht viele vor dem Haus vorbei. Schön wäre es, wenn jeder Mieter eine Endreinigung buchen müsste. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, danke dafür!

Einmalige Lage!
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig!! Und auch das Haus ist super. Vor allem den Wintergarten finden wir toll, gerade auch bei schlechterem Wetter sitzt man darin mitten in der Natur.

Traumhafter Ort = traumhafter Urlaub
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung mitten in der wunderschönen Natur Schwedens sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat eine Traumlage am See. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In der Glasveranda hat man zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Wasser das Gefühl von draußen sein. Man kann mit dem vorhandenen Boot und Kanu kleine Touren unternehmen. Das herrlich klare Wasser im See lädt zum Baden und Angeln ein. Ein traumhafter Ort, an dem wir als Familie einen wahnsinnig schönen Urlaub verbracht haben.

Beautiful lakeside cabins
Fantastic Sommen lakefront getaway, close to Tranas. The property is beautiful with views in every direction. The accomodations are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Eva and Lennhart are extremely gracios hosts.

Traumhaft schön!
Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war noch schöner in Wirklichkeit als auf den Fotos!! Wir verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen. Vor allem die vielen Aussenmöbel, den Wintergarten und natürlich das Kanu und das Ruderboot waren top. Besonders schön ist die Landschaft auf der gegenüberliegenden Landzunge, ein richtiger Märchenwald.

Einmalige Lage - man wird Teil der Natur!
Moderne Häusergruppe zur Alleinbenutzung, wo man ungestört friedliche Ferien machen kann. Die schönste Zeit ist der Vormittag bis 9 Uhr und abends ab 20 Uhr, wenn keine Motorboote mehr fahren. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief unkompliziert und schnell, sehr freundliche Besitzerfamilie, welche unweit dieses Hauses lebt. Trotz sehr warmem Sommer haben wir 2x die Sauna genossen! Der See war rund 24° warm und durch die Stege sehr einfach zu erreichen (Ein- und Ausstieg). Im Haus hat es alles was man braucht. Da wir nur 2 Personen waren, reichte ein Badezimmer mit Dusche aus, bei Vollbelegung muss man sich halt absprechen. Die Benutzung der 2 Ruder-Boote in sehr guter Qualität hat uns sehr viel Spass gemacht. Die Woche ging viel zu schnell vorbei, wir wären gerne noch einen ganzen Monat geblieben........

An incredible beautiful place for total relaxation
This was one of the most beautiful spots we met whilst staying in Sweden, which we do every year. Real fine house, sauna, at the lake. Total rest and relaxation but nevertheless shopping at only 6 km. Beautiful surroundings. We biked a lot. Very friendly owners.. We enjoyed our stay enormously. Thanks. Peter and Jolanda. .

sensationelle Lage!
Das Haus ist sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet. Für uns mit vier Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend groß, zumal die Kinder (Teenager) im Gästehaus übernachtet haben. Unschlagbar aber ist die Lage direkt am See mit Seeblick von fast jedem Punkt des Hauses /Grundstücks. Ein Segen war der Wintergarten, da wir nicht wirklich Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, im Wintergarten aber immer fast das Gefühl von Draußensein haben konnten. Fazit: Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und es ist nicht auszuschließen, dass wir noch einmal wiederkommen (in der Hoffnung auf etwas besseres Wetter, um auch den See, das Boot und die Terrassen noch mehr und besser nutzen zu können...).

Stunning Stay in the Heart of Sweden
We all loved the property and it's location! Perfect for pure relaxation with a little messing about on the water! Glad we took the shortie wetsuits as the water was a little chilly for swimming but the children loved it. Home had all the facilities you would need and it was lovely to be in such a quiet spot. Close enough to the shops in the small town Trannas, but far enough away to feel secluded. Views were incredible. We'd love to go back another time.

Die Lage des Objektes direkt am See, die Badestege, die einsame Lage, das Ruderboot - alle Zutaten geeignet, um herrliche Tage an diesem idyllischen Ort zu verbringen. Wir wollen wiederkommen. Die 4 aus Markerup und Münster PS: Kan vi får ett större kastrull nästa gång för att laga en fond av kycklingar eller nötkött t.ex.

The perfect secluded lakeside getaway
Fantastic property exactly as described - right by lake Sommen and very peaceful, only one other cabin (200m away) and a couple of jetties in view. House is modern, in great condition and well equipped, ideal for a romantic couple's getaway such as ours. We had a great week and hope to come back very, very soon.

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus am See. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und das Gästehaus ist gerade für Kinder zum schlafen ideal. Kanu und Ruderboot sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Lediglich die neue Sauna ist nicht mit im Preis enthalten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal zurück.

Natur, Wasser, Ruhe
Wir haben diese Woche als Familie sehr genossen. Vor allem auch, dass ein Ruderboot, 2 Kajak und ein Kanu zur Verfügung standen um auf dem See auf Entdeckungsreise gehen zu können. Im Haus war alles sauber und es funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Wir genossen vor allem auch die Tage vielfältig auch ohne Auto gestalten zu können.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in mitten der Natur
Zur Verfügung standen ein Haupthaus mit 2SZ, super Küche, Wohnraum und ein kleines Bad. Das Bad im OG war leider nicht vollständig installiert, daher nur bedingt nutzbar. Ein Nebenhäuschen mit 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten wurde für die Kids genutzt. Die Sauna war leider nur eine alte und schmutzige Fasssauna, die allerdings bei strahlendem Sonnenschein nicht in Anwendung kommen musste. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Urlaub in traumhafter Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
