Nette Umgebung, gemütliche Wohnung, jederzeit wieder.

Nette Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, aufgrund eines fehlenden weiteren Aufenthaltsraum (Wohnzimmer) eher weniger geeignet, da es dann doch eher beengend ist. Auch das Badezimmer ist winzig. In Holland muss man ja doch mal mit schlechterem Wetter rechnen.

Verzorgd, maar krap en donker

De ligging is geweldig, je loopt zo door de duinen het strand op. Het is goed ingericht met ruime keuken, 4 pitten, goede douche en comfortabel bed. Wat niet duidelijk werd in foto’s en reviews; is dat het heel krap is, door grote meubels nog meer. Het is een helft van de achterkant van het huis en gehorig; je hoort de buren vrijwel letterlijk praten . Verder wat kleinere zaken zoals doorgezakte eetstoelen en geen bank meer op het balkon zoals op de foto’s. Prima voor een paar dagen als je er hoofdzakelijk slaapt, maar wat aan de prijs gezien deze zaken.

Dichtbij strand en duinen

Woning is schoon en comfortabel, klein maar voor twee personen prima te doen. Hoofdbord met twee extra kussens zouden het net iets comfortabeler maken om 's avonds in bed tv te kijken

Fijn appartement.

Fijn appartement voor een paar dagen aan zee. Hebben erg genoten van t mooie plekje; het appartement en de lokatie. Geen massaal tourisme, lekker rustige omgeving en toch genoeg te zien en te doen.

Lovely place, very quiet area, close by the beach

The apartment was lovely (this is an apartment, not the whole house pictured), a ten minute walk to the beach, very close by the dunes which are a pleasure to walk around. The apartment was much too hot and difficult to cool down (during 35C weather, so this is quite normal), however sleeping was difficult with all the mosquitos.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren für 10 Nächte dort, es ist wie auch schon viele andere geschrieben haben, recht klein, aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, vor allem wenn man eh nur zum Schlafen dort ist und sonst unterwegs ist. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko: Wir haben leider erst sehr spät (Abend vor der Anreise) Bescheid bekommen, wann und wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, aber es hat dann alles gut geklappt. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr angenehm und der Strand, der ganz in der Nähe liegt ist auch wunderschön. Restaurants und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind auch in der Nähe. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Für eine Wochenende sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nah am Strand. Fahrrad trotzdem zu empfehlen. Es ist wenig Platz, deshalb für ein Wochende geht es und wir würden wiederkommen. Lage zum Strand und zum wunderschönen idyllischen Ort Groet mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem. Vermieter sehr freundlich.

een prima locatie,compacte woning, van alle gemakken voorzien

prima! super locatie, dichtbij strand en dichtbij diverse wandel- en fietsroutes. Het is een kleine woning, even aanpassen als het slecht weer is, maar doordat het redelijk klein is er heel goed over nagedacht hoe het in te richten! fantastisch voor 2 personen. Contact met eigenaar verliep heel goed. We komen er graag nog een keer terug!

Schade: Hält nicht was es verspricht: Zu klein und zu laut

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Die Wohnung ist klein und wird auf den Bildern großzügiger dargestellt. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist steil. Das ist beim herabgehen gefährlich. Es war zudem laut. Der Vermieter bzw. Handwerker hat den ganzen Samstag mit lauten Maschinen gearbeitet. Es war keine gemütliche Erholung möglich.

Leuk verblijf aan zee

Mooi huisje om een paar nachten aan zee te verblijven in een prachtig gebied. Huisje is modern en recent gerenoveerd. Wel een paar opties voor verbetering: de stoelen zijn erg doorgezakt en aan vervanging toe. Het zou fijn zijn als de balkondeur een haakje kreeg, waardoor hij gemakkelijker een stukje open blijft staan. Voor de rest van alle gemakken voorzien en fijn parkeren.

Fijne plek

Compacte vakantiewoning en prima verzorgd. Dichtbij het strand en goede uitvalbasasis voor fietstochten door Schoorlse duinen. Tip: neem eigen tuinstoelen mee.

Woning voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Beschrijving is volledig. Prima lijstje voor fiets/wandel tocht en bezoek aan restaurants en zee. Komen graag nog eens terug.

Nur ein kurzer Blick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht angetreten, da sie für uns in der Realität zu klein war und keinen Aufenthaltsbereich außer das Bett bot. Im Sommer sicher vollkommen ok, in der dunklen Jahreszeit leider nichts für uns. Formal lässt sich nichts bemängeln. Im Grunde ist die Wohnung eine Küche über der sich ein Schlafzimmer befindet. Die 40qm möchte ich mit aller Vorsicht anzweifeln (ich lebe in einer 52qm Wohnung und habe mir einfach einen Teil meiner Wohnung weg vorgestellt). Also: Im Sommer toll, da strandnah. Im Winter sollte man es sich gut überlegen.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Alles neu und sauber, Schlafzimmer oben über kleine steile Treppe! Für zwei Personen völlig o.k., Küche gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz und überdachte Terrasse hinterm Haus. Max 10 min Gehweg zum Strand oder direkt in die Dünen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in der Natur und nah am Strand gelegen. Sie liegt am Rand eines sehr schönen Dorfes, in dem man viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen hat und auch einkaufen und Fahrräder leihen kann. Für zwei Personen ist die Unterkunft wunderbar und sehr gemütlich! Die Betreuung durch Richard und Conny war sehr gut! Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sehr gut beraten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Vraiment sombre

Déception à l'arrivée.Le logement correspond au descriptif mais est très sombre.Pièce de vie seulement éclairée par deux miniscules fenêtres,il faut éclairer en permanence.Un seul siège à l'extérieur,heureusement que nous avions des fauteuils pliants.Le soleil n'atteint jamais l'espace terrasse à cause de la végétation…...Je ne voudrais pas aller là-bas en hiver…...c'est déprimant.
