Situated 5 minutes’ walk from the Les Grands Montets ski lift and a 14-minute drive away from Chamonix, this classic retreat provides a stress-free ski base for 6.

A timeless ambience invites guests into the generous-sized Living room. A comfy sofa and 2 chairs feature alongside a flat screen TV and a scenic picture window, which offers access out onto a large covered balcony terrace. There, a mountain view alfresco dining area is ready and waiting to be enjoyed.

The Living room is accompanied by a dining area and adjoining separate Kitchen. Equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge, the scene is set for carefree and laid-back family meals!

The sleeping area of ​​the accommodation is perfectly suited to accommodate groups of 6 people. With 3 bedrooms in total: A double bedroom with wardrobe, accompanied by a 2nd bedroom with 2 separate twin beds and a panoramic view of the mountain, then the 3rd and last bedroom with a double bed.

The 3rd floor apartment features in a 4-storey residence with communal lift access, access in the summer to a heated outdoor swimming pool, resident car parking a lovely shared garden.

Rien à redire sur le logement. Important à noter que si plusieurs couples, il y a une chambre à l’étage, mezzanine et pas de fenêtre. les 2 autres chambres sont équipées de sdb privées + une sdb supplémentaire! Spacieux, très propre et bien équipé , ! Important à noter que l’appartement est situé le long d’une route fort fréquentée donc énormément de passage et assez bruyant.

logement agréable

le logement est très bien, de très grandes pièces, très bien équipé, belle vue 3éme étage avec ascenseur, accueil de l'agence très rapide, à 100m du logement donc pratique, gare à proximité pour aller à Chamonix en train. Petite erreur dans le descriptif : il n'y a qu'un seul WC. Pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine. Le parking est un box, en hiver c'est pratique. 2 points négatifs : le siège de l'agence est en suisse, donc prélèvement de 10€ en sus lors du paiement. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage,, en été pas de soucis, en hiver il doit faire frais, un remplacement me semble nécessaire, au moins d'un point de vue écologique.

Appartement spacieux et agréable mais annonce trompeuse sur certains points.

Appartement vétuste mais spacieux et avec une belle vue sur la vallée de Chamonix. Navette et trains pour se déplacer dans la vallée à 300 m, Départ Grands Montets à 600m à pied (ok pour ados et adultes). Ils manquent des commodités par rapport à l'annonce et celle-ci est erronée sur certains points : pas d'accès internet gratuit (l'agence propose une box à 5€ la journée), pas de four, pas de sèche cheveux, 3 chauffages en panne (prêt par l'agence de radiateurs électriques sur une installation électrique vétuste), 1 plaque électrique mais qui n'est pas à induction, 300m à vol d'oiseau des remontées et des pistes de ski de fond mais 600m à pied (10-12mn avec chaussure de ski), 1 seul WC (séparé). Dernier point : des frais bancaires appliqués sur le tarif malgré une location en France sur un site français !!!!(l'agence est suisse). Ces frais ne sont pas mentionnés lors de la location.
