Villa that has a large living room - dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Both connect directly with a large porch, large pool and BBQ. On the first floor are 3 large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. On the next floor there are two other large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both have access to a private terrace. Garage for two large cars.
The villa is located ten minutes from Palma in the heart of Bendinat Golf and a few minutes from the exclusive Puerto Portals.

Lovely spot to enjoy!
All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation!

Dream villa
The villa is in a superb location, 15 mins from the airport and Palma. Amazing views of the golf course and in a very nice quiet residential area. We were here for my sons’s wedding and the location made it easy for commute as we welcomed family and friends. The villa itself was amazing, absolutely spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Leen was always responsive and takes extreme pride in offering a superb service.

Stunning Villa
This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location only a short drive from beaches and only 15 mins from Palma. Our lovely host, Leen, met us on arrival and gave a comprehensive hand over. The villa is incredibly well equipped and we had a very relaxing two weeks there.

Family holiday to celebrate mother’s 80th birthday with 3 generations staying for various lengths of time. Villa was perfect for this as very spacious and excellent outdoor area for eating, swimming and relaxing. Easy access from airport, into Palma and to Portals. Leen, was very helpful at all stages and generously had a birthday welcome basket of goodies waiting for the birthday girl when we arrived.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung sehr schön und gut ausgestattet (insb. auch die Küche, wenn man selber kochen möchte). Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - Einkaufen, Badebuchten, schöne Restaurants, Tennis oder Golf - alles in wenigen Minuten (Auto) erreichbar. Leen ist eine aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Relaxing und …. einfach schön
Tolle Lage, Tolles Haus, Tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden und man ist schnell in Palma, Andratx, oder Puigpunient. Wir waren zu Siebt, jeder hatte ein tolles Schlafzimmer und die Abende am Pool waren einfach herrlich.

Fantastiskt fint boende!
Vi är en stor familj i varierade ålder och vi hade en fantastisk vecka. Allt så rent och fint, stora utrymmen och trevligt inredning. Barnsäng och stol var framplockat när vi kom. Fräsch pool och bra isolerat i huset så vi störde inte varandra. Vi kände oss verkligen välkomna fastän att vi fick ändra tid för ett par gånger pga försenat flyg och fick ett varmt välkomnade. Vi hyrde 2 bilar så vi kunde röra oss och köra runt på ön och det krävs nästan att man har bil då det är kuperad terräng och en bit till affären. Vi är så nöjda med boende och bemötande så stort Tack !!!

Fantastisk Villa
En fantastisk villa och vi trivdes alldeles utmärkt hela familjen från ålder 23 år till 83 år. Vi var 7 personer. Mottagandet av Leen var topp tio. Villan i mycket bra skick, det var inget vi saknade. Kan vara bra att veta att det är en brant backe upp till Villan så kan vara bra att ha bil, vespa eller elcyklar. Kan verkligen rekommendera denna Villan.

Very Nice Property
The house was as advertised, with plenty of space for 8 adults and two children under 5. Leen was very responsive to our inquires/requests, and even offered to provide a high chair and crib for a two year old. My only negative would be technology. There is internet in the house, but it only works well in the salon room. With 8 adults, not sure their is enough bandwidth for a house this size. There is also not TV service to the house. But we were not there to watch TV. I would definitely go back to the house in the future.

Amazing Villa
We had a fantastic stay! We rented the villa for 5 nights with a group of 10 friends, and overall, the villa was perfect. Tons of space, everything was very clean...in general it's even better than the photos show. My only piece of advice....it is definitely in a quiet residential area. We loved that, but if you're planning on coming with a group of rowdy friends, this might not be the location for you.

Gorgeous villa in close driving distance to Palma
This beautiful property has everything you need to feel like it's your home away from home! The host couldn't be more welcoming, providing everything you need to create a very comfortable environment and enjoyable stay. The pool is a really good size, with perfect outdoor living amenities. The bedrooms are really spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning throughout. The living area is very well appointed and the kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. There is even a ping-pong table in the garage. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood so great for relaxing and the golf course is very close by (you can even walk back but as it's in a hilly area, driving to it is recommended). It's location is also great - there is a supermarket within a couple of minute's drive and there are lovely restaurants in the nearby marina at Portals Nous. Taxis are inexpensive and very easy to get about with them (villa to Palma centre is only around €15). We are quite picky with our stays and would definitely recommend this villa for any length of stay!

Lovely Villa, perfect for our family of 5 adults and could easily accommodate 10. Bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want music outside. Lovely pool area and plenty of room for everyone. Leen was very helpful and went out of her way to enable us to check in early. Overall, faultless.
