About this property

Remodeled Modern End Unit

New for 2022: new carpets, newly upholstered couch, 65" smart TV.

When we go on vacation, we want our accommodations to be comfortable, clean, good quality and conveniently located. So when we decided to buy and fix up our home away from home in Incline, our goal was to achieve just that. Come meet our hideaway this winter/summer and take a break here and you will truly feel like you are on vacation both indoors and outdoors.

The upstairs is bright and sunny with high windows, gorgeous scenery and a vaulted ceiling. You can savor cooking, baking and grilling in our fully stocked kitchen (with a wide selection of pots and pans, utensils, appliances, sharp knives, serving platers, etc.). Enjoy the granite topped kitchen counters, a full pantry closet for storage, and a Weber gas grill just outside on the deck. Revel in the rustic accessories and furnishings, along with the Pottery Barn comfortable sectional couch. Laze on one of the two full decks, each with different views. Or cozy up inside next to the gas fireplace.

We understand the importance of accessibility. We have Wi-fi and multiple outlets for charging. For those who need to work or at least check in, we provide an office nook upstairs and a desk in a bedroom downstairs. For entertainment, our cable package includes many channels, on-demand, and HBO. Enjoy watching on the wall-mounted 65" HD TV. We also have a Blu-ray DVD player. We provide instructions for all media and remotes. We also provide an easy HDMI connection so you can stream from your own device (e.g. laptop). Bring your own HDMI cable.

The 3 carpeted and designer decorated bedrooms downstairs offer plentiful storage, and quality mattresses and linens. The stunning master bath has a double sink vanity and large closet. We tried to think of everything you would need so only pack your toiletries and clothes. Rejuvenate with endless hot water, from the tankless water heater, in the spacious master shower with handheld showerhead or in the guest jetted bathtub. We took extra detail to provide a variety of pillows, fluffy towels, and extra blankets and linens.

This end unit condo is just a short one mile drive to Diamond Peak and a 20 minute drive to Mt. Rose. Take a short walk down to the lake, or to restaurants and the Hyatt Casino. Incline Village has so many activities, community events and amazing restaurants to enjoy. During the summer, enjoy swimming in the complex's two outdoor pools, one of which is just a short walk from our unit.

The good news is that you don’t have to wind your way through the complex to find the unit or a parking spot. There is parking right off Country Club Drive, and its right next to the unit so unloading is a breeze.

We will not be present on the property during guest's stays.

Good place for family with young kids

We have two family, 3 adults, 4 kids enjoyed a great 3-nights stay at this house. We skied in the Diamond Peak and it's 3mins drive. We cooked a lot and the kitchen has everything we need. The owner is very friendly and communicative. I realized that I forgot to return the parking permit during Check-out, however we get it resolved before I head back to the bay area with his kind assistance! We had two stays so far and definitely want to book it next time.

Beautiful Townhouse

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for hiking, biking, going to the beach and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed making breakfast in the spacious kitchen and having coffee on the patio looking at the trees :). It's a cozy place with comfortable furniture and beds. We will stay here again!

Joyful stay near diamond peak

My family and I had an awesome three-day skiing trip with friends. The place we stayed was super clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Since it’s a corner house, it had two balconies and was right next to a slope where the kids could have a blast sledding and playing in the snow. The host was super helpful, giving us directions for parking, checking in, and checking out. And guess what? This place is in a fantastic location for skiing at Diamond Peak. The shuttle is right at the corner, and driving would only take about three minutes.

Lovely Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Sleeping rooms on lower level were great for kids to get to sleep. Adults could still converse on upper level. Reasonably priced. Good location. Passes for private beach were added bonus.

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. The condo is very nice. It’s clean, comfortable, has a lot of space, is well stocked. It is in a prime location, close to everything in Incline Village. The hosts were awesome! We ended up extending our stay and the back and forth communications were very prompt. I highly recommend booking this place!!

Great Place!

This place was simply wonderful. The layout was fantastic with living space on top and all the bedrooms on the lower floor. The furniture was really comfortable and the heating options were magnificent (controls in every room). Location was great for skiing too! Highly recommend!

Great ski cabin - tidy and efficient

Great location for Diamond Peak ski week. Shuttle stops nearby. Drive to parking lot is ~5 min. House has is cozy and has everything you need. Hosts were communicative and helpful when I goofed up the electronic reservation process. Would def stay again.

Great family winter getaway!

Our family (including a 4 and 6 year old) had a wonderful stay at this condo in the winter. It is a convenient location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place was well appointed and had a lot of thoughtful touches (ie a "in case you forgot" bin). We appreciated being able to park our car near a main road and didn't have to wait for the roads to be plowed.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The proximity to Diamond Peak is fantastic and the condo is lovely. Dirk was very communicative and the home was very comfortable. They even have little touches like a 'missing something' basket of toiletries you may have forgotten. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and the home is very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Ski Condo

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed! It was clean, close to Mt. Rose, and had bunk beds for the kiddos :) The only downside is that the condo faces a main road and the snow plows woke us up super early. We still loved it and I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

This hoke really does have everything you need from kitchen supplies to sleds to go down the snowy hill within the community. It took us awhile to find to unit, but once you find it, you'll love where it's at.

Incline Winter Weekend

This was a great property with all the amenities you would need for time away from your home. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and the couch in the living area was super comfy for watching movies. My only negative is we could never figure out the fire place. )-;
