Close To Mayfaire, Wrightsville Beach And Downtown - Pet Friendly And So Cozy

Great location right in the middle of all you could want! 10 minutes from Downtown and Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes from Mayfaire. This 1200 square foot home is our sanctuary and I hope it will be yours too. Quiet neighborhood with a great dog park nearby, well lit and very safe. This cozy home boasts a brand new gorgeous patio and fenced in yard, please note firepit is not available for renter use.

The living room hosts a huge comfy sectional with 2 reclining seats and a 50 inch plasma tv along with a desk and chair. Please note fireplace is not available for renter use.

Kitchen is fully equipped with french door bottom freezer refrigerator, glass top double oven, dishwasher and granite sink with garbage disposal. Front loading washing machine and dryer available for your use. We are traveling sales professionals so we understand the need for technology and ease of use, there is a WIFI connection available and a wireless printer/scanner for your use.

Master bedroom has a King Sized bed, high quality mattress with top of the line linens and it's own private full tiled bathroom with granite countertop. There is also a ceiling mounted flat screen tv and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen sized platform bed, great platform bed and mattress with top of the line linens.

Guest bedroom #2 has 2 Twin sized memory foam beds with top of the line linens.

Guest bedrooms share an unattached full tiled bathroom with granite counter.

SO COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN!

We were in Wilmington for a wedding and were also able to connect with family who had rented a beachfront house for their large crew in Topsail. Great location close to everything. Our dogs were very happy to have a fenced backyard so they didn't have to be on a leash every time they went outside!! We were pretty happy about that, too! Super clean and comfortable!

Nice little home

Clean, nice fenced backyard, fully equipped. Close to everything Wilmington! Home does sit on a very busy neighborhood road. Supposed to be 25 mph, but people doing anywhere between 30-40 mph. Some road noise. Did get an unexpected visitor one night at 10pm. Women in her robe with a purse rang the doorbell at 10pm. We didn’t answer the door. Was un-nerving. Saw her shortly after walking the street with 2 other women.

Short Weekend Visit

Spent a couple of days at the property and it was everything that we needed and was as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything needed. The fenced in backyard was a great feature and our dogs enjoyed that freedom. Would definitely consider renting this home again if needed.

This was perfect location for parents weekend at UNCW. Close to everything. Clean and perfect to be able to bring family dog also! Would come again!

Convenient to everything

Visiting area for family RELO; and had a nice stay. The home was clean, offered washer dryer, a very comfy sectional where we all could sit and watch TV, and back yard for dog traveling with us. We were out of the house most of the time but location was great as it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit including downtown, Leland, Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire. There was a slight issue with plumbing during our stay and owner was incredibly responsive during that and all other times actually; her property manager was also fantastic.

Summer Fun

This home was exactly as promised and in a great neighborhood for walking or jogging. You do need a car but everything was close by. Jenny was helpful and quickly and kindly responded to my emails. The check-in and out process was easy. Her home fit all of our needs and we were able to explore Wilmington each day. The house was clean and Jenny had extra beach towels and chairs available if needed. It was a great place to reconnect with family and enjoy the slower pace that summer brings. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Quiet/clean/central location

My husband and I with our two adult children (mid-twenties) wanted a central location to enjoy the beaches, the Riverwalk, and to explore the Wilmington area. This was the perfect spot. We had no issues during our stay, and really appreciated having plentiful paper products (toilet paper, paper towel) and "extras" like oil and spices, beach towels/chairs, and books/magazines/games. We had a split response in the family on bed comfort (they are on the softer side), but we all slept well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful rental!

We absolutely loved the property. Cleanliness is always top priority to us and the house was impeccable! Location was absolutely perfect for the things we wanted to do. We have stayed in several Vrbo properties, and this was, by far, the best stocked home we have ever rented. We got to meet the property manager and she was wonderful! We can't wait to stay again!

Quiet great location!

My husband and I and our standard poodles enjoy our stay. The fenced back yard was a real plus. The property was clean and well equipped. Would recommend it highly.

A Cozy Neighborhood

This was our third season of "escaping" the long northern Michigan winter. We booked 15 days at this property. The house is located in a fairly new (in our mind) residential neighborhood within easy driving distance of Wilmington. Being an older couple, we especially appreciated the single story and the house was laid out nicely with all of the modern conveniences. Our 12-year old dog appreciated the large fenced in backyard. And there is a nice park, including a fenced in dog park, located in the vicinity. We used the property as a base while we explored the vicinity. We are big history buffs so we appreciated the nearness of the USS North Carolina as well as numerous Civil and Revolutionary War historical sites. We also enjoyed the many fine dining locales in the city. Jenny, our host, was extremely responsive to our queries and easy to deal with! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again! Thank you!

Beach re- nourishing

Granddaughters first birthday gathering

My daughter along with her husband accompanied me on this trip. We were there to spend my sons daughters first birthday. The location of this home was 1/2 mile from my sons home. This home had everything you could possibly want in a stay . The house was a welcome sight, so clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
