Our Condo

This gorgeous beach front condo is located in Phase 1 on the fourth floor of the Cristal building in Las Palomas. The unit is over 1900sf w/amazing ocean views.

Notes

We are in the Las Palomas rental pool so these rates include all resort taxes and fees including wristbands. You are also entitled to room service, 24/7 front desk assistance, daily pool towel rental, housekeeping services, access to all the restaurants and bars, pools and gym.

We had a great time the place was beautiful very close to the beach! On a very hot day our AC went out they had it fixed within an hour. We were extremely grateful. The only problem was there were not directions on how things work, the telephone for instance we never figured out and front TV and one of the bed rooms came with fire stick remotes but they didnt have the firestick so 2 TVs didnt work. Other then that it was a fantastic Stay.

Birthday celebration

We came to celebrate my sons birthday. The property was very nice and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The condo was and had a beautiful view of the sea and over looked a portion of the pool. I would say August was not the best time to go as far as weather, but not many people there so plenty of chairs at the pool and space on the beach. The other downfall was the ac unit went out in the family room area. The bedrooms were cool, but when we came in from the humid weather there was no reprieve and we could not enjoy spending time inside together. The owners were great and gave a few options, we had open communication with them the entire time. It was an uncontrollable situation. Other than that the place is perfect and I would recommend this beautiful place.

The location of this rental is perfect!! Very close to the elevator and walkway right to the palapas. Amazing views that wrap around the entire condo also very private end unit. Beautifully decorated with a beach vibe, classy and comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Magnificent beach views

This was the quickest check in process I've had at Las Palomas. The condo was beautiful. All the necessities were present. The beds were comfortable. I spent each morning on the balcony watching the sun rise and watching the sunset in the evenings. The elevator was not busy and we rarely had to wait. It has very easy access to the beach and parking. I highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Nice, But Frustrating

I'm conflicted in writing this review because there were very good parts to staying here, yet it wasn't a good experience. Here's the good and the frustrating. Good- The booking was easy and Mrs. Klaus was very friendly and quick in responding. The condo is very nice and location is beautiful! The balcony over the pools and the ocean is perfect. We were there for a special occasion and the scenery and location were great! The rooms and decor were arranged nicely and taken care of. Frustrating- It was important for us that there was internet and phone. I had to do work and had 2 daughters both taking online summer school. We also had family in other units and needed to be able to communicate with them. We arrived and immediately tried to get online to get work doe so we could enjoy time on the beach to find it not working. We went to the office and they said it was the owners' and that I needed to call them. For the next 24 hours I bounced back and forth between the owners and Las Palomas. To add to the frustration, the phone didn't work either so I had to walk back and forth to the office to get communication. The only solution was that we could go to the lobby to use the internet, so I spent my time back and forth between the lobby with girls trying to do work and homework, where I had hoped we could do it on the balcony enjoying the ocean. Eventually they replaced the modem, but not the phone. While the situation was unfortunate, I really do feel it could have been prevented. The owners were aware that the phone was old and that there had been shorts happening with the modem. It looks like wrapping the wire around was done previously to help with the short, but it wouldn't work anymore. For the large amount of money paid for a great experience, it ended up being frustrating being stuck between the owner and Las Palomas and spending time trying to fix it while spending the remainder of time trying to get caught up on work and homework. Las Palomas wasn't real friendly about it, but the owners were nice. I did not receive a follow-up call nor was offered any type of compensation for the problem on this stay or a future stay.

We were here for my husband‘s 50th birthday and this unit provided everything we needed. Gorgeous location here very well done condo. Everything we needed was included. The bed mattresses could use a nice update but everything was perfect. We will certainly be coming back!

Fantastic view!

This place was terrific! Plenty of room, clean and on the beach. If your there just to look at the ocean the only reason to go to the beach is to feel the sand between your toes. We come to Mexico every year and will always look for the availability of this property.

Having a family ourselves we know the importance of trying to truly enjoy a vacation. This resort has so much to offer for everyone. You will love our 3bd/bath oceanfront unit. We set-up our bunk room to help us enjoy our time away and give the kids there space too. This way they can have the x-box set-up on a nice sized tv close the door and have a blast, while allowing us the great room without fighting over who gets the main tv. We have set this unit up so you can come down relax and enjoy your time away from reality. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!
