Enjoy beautiful sunrises from your personal balcony. Second floor oceanview 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at Ocean Harbour North with 2 clubhouses, 2 heated pools, hot tub (back pool), sauna, tennis/pickleboard courts, private marina, private beach a few yards away across Highway A1A.
Tastefully decorated in nautical decor. Private secure Wi-Fi connection. Smart 50" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player in living room.
Master bedroom has king size bed, dresser, night stands, 40" flat screen smart TV with cable, walk-in closet. Master bath has vanity area with separate walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom has queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, 32" TV. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combination.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave and dishwasher) and is fully equipped. The unit also has washer/dryer and electric grill on balcony.
Condo was completely re-tiled and painted in September 2017.
Linens, bath towels and beach towels provided.
Conveniently located 8 miles south of Vero Beach on Highway A1A and 90 miles southeast of Orlando and its theme parks. A year round green market close by at the Fort Pierce Municipal Marina and close to shopping, restaurants, theater, nature preserves with hiking trails and the Navy Seal Museum.
No smoking or pets allowed.
Ocean Harbour North HOA does not allow renters to park pick-up trucks on property.
This condo is available for rent November - March.
Owners enjoy this condo April-October as a weekend getaway.

Truly hidden Treasure of a place

We absolutely, totally loved this beach condo. We would have returned year after year if permitted. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 outbreak we had to leave 2 weeks into our vacation. Asked if we could rent the condo and return for 2021 and unfortunately we see that it has been rented all through 2021. It was a perfect place with all sorts of activities and very nice people. The condo was equiped with everything you could ever need. Thank you for letting us see and explore Fort Pierce. Currently looking for a place for next year 2021 in the same area.

Outstanding ocean and lagoon access!

Condo is perfect for a Florida escape. It is well stocked with everything you need including kitchen with many supplies, beautiful ocean views, balcony, comfortable beds, couch and chair. Perfect location for those who enjoy fishing and heated pools are a delight. Everyone we met in the complex was very helpful and friendly. Slight AC issue;owners responded quickly and problem was resolved within an hour and 1/2. Great location for exploring many local parks and Ft. Pierce attractions.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location across from beach.

Our host, Alex was very responsive to our needs. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and electric grill on deck. Unit is right across from the beautiful outdoor pool and workout room/library. Plentiful towels and linens. The beach chairs and cooler were a bonus. The only downside is the proximity to the noisy elevator for those sleeping in the second bedroom.
