Holiday home in a quiet location at the popular C'an Picafort beach just a few steps from the sand.
Rest and relaxation can be found in this house very close to the beach.

The nearest beach is only two streets away from the house, very close to the comercial area where you can find all what you need, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars , restaurants etc.
The house is divided on two diferents levels and offers a living space of 120 m² ready for 6 persons.
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and nice living-dining area well furnitured. Has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds in each. Also a bathroom with a bathtub at the same level.
The living room has access to the terrace where you will find garden furniture, ready for you to enjoy lovely meals at the sunshine evenings in Mallorca.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.

Nice quiet place

Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside.

Really nice house

Positive: The house is really nice, clean and close to the sea (10 Minute walk). It looks exactly like on the pictures. It has a big kitchen and nice terasse and is really good for a group of 5 people. Also there is everything you need already there, especially a lot of towels :) Negative: On our first day we had a 5 hour power outage. It was not due the house, but also other houses in the neighbourhood were affected. The neighbours (local people) told me that there were already problems with electrical power for more than 2 months. Of course this was not communicated in the AirBnB page. If the neighbours knew about those problems, the owner should also have known and have them fixed before he rents the house to more tourists.... After the neighbours called the local authorities they fixed the issue, but 5 hours without power on the 1st day of vacation is really not good... Also the doors and locks in the house are really old and it is hard to lock/unlock the doors which can be dangerous for children. Apart from those minor issues - We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bezaubernde 2-Etagen-Wohnung mit vielen Extras und in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Casa Alba: eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse, ein kleiner Vorgarten, eine schöne Seitenterrasse, ein Balkon, ein großzügig geschnittenes Wohnzimmer, drei sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und zwei Bädern luden zum Entspannen ein. Schöne Spielsachen, Babyzubehör auf Anfrage und Zentrums- und Strandnähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß) machen einen Urlaub mit Familie perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Und wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit der Vermietungsagentur Mallorca Charme: Da ist der Name Programm! 5 Sterne ***** und vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Laufnähe zum Strand war wunderbar. In der Beschreibung stand etwas von Fahrrädern, diese waren leider nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit, ruhige Gegend und kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und nicht weit zum Strand. Es ist gemütlich, auch wenn die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist Der Duschkopf müsste mal erneuert werden. Die Schubladen und Türen klemmen etwas.Es war eine ziemliche mückenplage, aber das hat nichts mit dem Haus zu tun.

Une jolie villa pour de superbes vacances

Une maison très propre , bien agencée, avec tout l',équipement nécessaire (intérieur et exterieur) pour passer de belles vacances en famille à Majorque.Endroit calme, proche de la plage à pieds et en voiture pour visiter de belles criques.Je recommande sans hésitation!Et la propriétaire vue à notre départ est très gentille! Vraiment un tout petit detail : prévoir de changer le matelas de la chambre où il y a un balcon et l étendoir à linge.

La casa está bien ubicada, es tal cual se ve en la foto y el jardín es muy agradable. La comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona ha sido impecable, siempre disponibles para las dudas y necesidades que puedan surgir. Nos dejaron hacer late checkout así que estamos muy agradecidos por el detalle. Por otro lado le falta una actualización en algunas partes de la casa y suministrar elementos básicos en este tipo de establecimientos.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem Wohngebiet und es ist demnach sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer und hat alles nötige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich hergerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt also. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch schnell und reibungslos.

Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Casa Alba liegt in sehr ruhigem Wohnviertel. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Haus ist wohnlich eingerichtet. Küche zweckmässig.

Gute Lage, Ausreichend Handtücher. Schöne Terrasse. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel auch. Kommoden nicht gegen umkippen gesichert, gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Zudem nicht gut Zusammen gebaut. Fenster und Türen lassen sich schwer öffnen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert schlecht Es gibt keinen Schutz vor Mücken durch Fliegengitter. Die Toilettensitze sind lose. Das Haus braucht Aufmerksamkeit. Die Besitzer allerdings sehr nett.

Casa molto bella, situata in una location tranquilla, vicino al mare e ai servizi. Bel giardino esterno munito di barbecue e con molto spazio per mangiare all'aperto circondati dalle splendide piante.
