Overall the property was okay. Negatives were that your back porch is used by others to access the building next door, limited seating, broken sink in master bathroom, broken down car in parking area and only two books to choose from (advertised as a library). Positives were we got to see wildlife out the back window, close to entrance to Yellowstone, all kitchen appliances worked.
Easy to get to the parks and attractions. Gardiner is a nice town also with all the essentials. House location was ok. No yard and kind of close to the neighbors but overall very happy.
We had a wonderful stay. Sat outside and elk walked right by!

Adequate
This is clearly an income property. The house was very difficult to find at night, the house numbers were not clearly displayed. The furnishings were sparse. Living room, one couch, one chair, no dining area except for the breakfast bar.
There is a motel adjacent to the property that uses the property deck to access the upper level. Pretty constant traffic and no privacy.
Will look elsewhere next year.
The house is awesome. We had wildlife right outside the yard on the rocky hills. The only issue was finding the place when we first showed up. It was dark and the address numbers on the side house are the same color as the house. Maybe a little more light and the color of the numbers different but he place is awesome.
Loved staying at this spacious home with all the amenities. Didn't feel cramped like we normally do at a vacation stay. The location was perfect for walking to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Would highly recommend!
Very clean and updated…hard to find at night extremely tight area with a lot of houses packed in. Would stay again as it is so close to the park. Gardiner is charming.
Overall our family enjoyed this house very much during our stay at Yellowstone. The town of Gardiner itself is just many small houses squeezed into a small space in order to be close to YSNP. This house was spacious! Lots of room for everyone to find their own little area to hang out. I appreciated the coffee and essentials in the kitchen and the nice Washer and dryer as well as its own private outdoor seating area and grill. The mattresses were the best we’ve ever slept on! I would recommend.
House was very nice and clean with plenty of room. Was hard to find in the dark with house numbers matching house color. Enjoyed our stay!

NOT WHAT EXPECTED
When we got there we were told not to use one of the sinks in the bathroom because the former tenant broke the sink. Then we opened a cupboard and found oatmeal spilled all over and then we found the silverware to be sticky. So our first day we cleaned up the oatmeal and washed all the dishes and silverware. The location made us a little nervous and the kitchen chairs are not very sturdy. The place needs some TLC and better furniture.

Owner very responsive and nice. House was clean and very nicely decorated. Awesome spot to relax after spending the morning in the park. 3 minute walk to groceries.
The property felt old and has very bad smell in the evening each day we were there. The property looks like is in a ghetto with very bad homes, broken cars and the front of the home is actually in the back and there are hardly any lights to find this home
Beautiful house, elk calf lying on back porch when we arrived. Close to Yellowstone, live band playing, whole town looks like old west!Would love to come back.
Perfect location to unwind after a day in Yellowstone
This property is perfectly located and suited for an adventure in Yellowstone. The PM (Shawn) was extremely helpful and accessible, we really enjoyed his personality. The outside set up was a lovely setting and a great place to hang out at the end of the day
Overall good. Only concern was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked. But wasn't a deal breaker for us. Kitchen was well stocked with utencils and spices, sugar, salt etc. Very clean. Showers worked good. Parking and access was easy.
Overall was good. Water temp could be turned up a few degrees in the shower. There was some banging within the lower level tenet after hours and early in the mornings. Not sure who lives there. One more chair around the TV would have been nice. Great location and all amenities for a longer stay. Parking worked out well. Sleeping arrangements were nice. Deer and rabbits in the back yard are a nice touch.
The stay was nice and was quick access to Yellowstone through North entrance. Not much in terms of views or wow factor but good enough to rest your head.
Great location. Steps from Yellowstone. Unfortunately, there was no grill as stated and shown in the listing, and the same with no hammock. The house is a great size but unfortunately, there is not enough sitting room for 5 people and no dining/kitchen table. Great location, great house, but needs work on things like additional couches, eating table (the counter didn't even have enough seats for 5 people), and listing should be consistent with what is actually there.
Great place to stay! In easy walking distance to everything in Gardiner and perfect for trips all over the park. Quiet neighborhood and overall a really nice place to stay.
We chose this location due to it's proximity to Yellowstone NP. The pictures online are accurate. All appliances we used worked well. We were able to walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants and shops downtown. The backyard space was lovely and comfortable. However they're building a property next door which is very close to the lot line and appears to be a multiple unit property extending next to the backyard. The street is in transition with a few new properties and a few boarded up properties. The road is not paved. I didn't care for the bedding as it was more nylon than cotton and there were no extra towels. Also there is a request to not use the washer after 8PM which was a challenge since we were in Yellowstone all day. The TV was large with a clear picture but most of the 1,000 stations couldn't be viewed. I would suggest a printed list of the stations which can be viewed be available to guests.
