This condo has amazing views of entire beach. As you walk out to your balcony you are greeted by the beauty of Marco Islands beaches. The condo is directly on the beach and you are literally minutes from your toes in the sand. The unit has tile through out the unit. There is a king size bed in the master and twins in the guest bedroom. There is sleeper sofa in living room and sleeps a total of 6 people. Washer/dryer are in the unit. Seawinds also has its own pool and hot tub. There are two Tennis courts on the property. The Seawinds condominium is located on Collier Blvd. which is Marco's main road. You are minutes away from shopping and many great restaurants.
Seawinds has a $50 registration fee includes 1 vehicle parking pass.

Marco Island relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful, fourth floor with a good sized balcony facing the glorious Marco Island beach. The square footage is smaller than we’d have liked, but the layout is good and we adapted quickly. The kitchen utensils were good. The living room furniture was old-school and could use upgrades. The beds were good. The beach and all the included chairs / umbrellas were the star of the show for us. We would certainly stay here again.

Delightful Location of a Slightly Dated Property

We loved the property's location just steps away from a gorgeous beach and spectacular sunsets on a beautiful island. The unit we rented was everything we need with a large balcony, plentiful windows, and comfortable beds. We echo what other guests have noted: the unit and property are a bit dated with decor and amenities. While it may be a product of no guests renting before us, we found ourselves needing to wash a number of pots and pans and utensils before using as they were in need of cleaning.All in all, a lovely location with all we needed for a great vacation.

Sea Winds Dreaming

I was originally staying on Sanibel Island at Cast Aways Cottage but Ian took that away from me. I just am so Thankful I found this Sea Winds rental. I value my once a year vacation and thought Sanibel was my only Paradise, I now have Sea Winds to count on as well to give me the Vacation I can look forward to.

Unit needs updating

This unit has amazing views on the beach. But it needs to be updated and repairs through out the unit. I was disappointed the pictures on VRBO looked fine. Everything was old. Did have a newer sofa and chair which where comfortable but some appliances where yellow from age. Bed was very comfortable.

Locker outside elevator is a nice touch with beach chairs etc... The sliding doors to outside patio needs work. Otherwise condo has everything you need.

Our condo was very clean. The views were spectacular! We could not figure out the TV situation and they responded to a call right away, helped us figure it out. We wanted to stay a couple of extra days, they were available and Ellen made it very easy to add them on

Very close to the beach.

The condo is clean and enough for a couple and two children. There are new towels and sheets. The sun umbrella and chairs are in a place outside the unit and easy to take out and bring in. The building is next to a restaurant that we used to go for lunch .So, we don’t cook inside even the kitchen had everything needed. The balcony was the best area of the unit . Every morning and night we enjoyed the beauty of the ocean and sunset. The only thing I thank need to be changed is the use of the key outside the gate going to the beach.I will recommend this place to my friends and will come back another time.

Nice Property, Great Location

The property was exactly as expected based on the listing. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. The unit was clean when we arrived, and there were more than enough bath towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, and kitchen utensils. There is also a storage closet full of beach chairs, pool noodles, umbrellas, and beach toys. The building is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice, clean, and not overcrowded. The beach is amazing! Great view from the balcony as well. My whole family had a wonderful time and we would definitely rent this unit again if we return to Marco Island in the future.

Spectacular location; dated unit

The location, view and building can't be beat. The unit itself, however, needs major updating. We don't mind the Formica counter tops and the older fixtures in the bathroom, but when the a.c., at full tilt, struggles to keep the unit cool, it's more of an issue.

Location 5. Unit 1

Although this building is directly on the beach and has an amazing location, views, and a perfect beach, this unit hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Kitchen supplies are old and worn and lack certain kitchen items needed by travelers. Bring your own soap units does not provide. Bath tub has no stopper for tub, no ability to give kids a bath. The building does not have out doors grills which make cooking tough with this kitchen. Summarize great building and location, unit could use some Attention

Love the location!

We love Marco Island and we loved our 4 weeks at Sea Winds right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Unit 402 had plenty of room and had everything we needed. A few things are showing their age but that wasn't a problem and overall it is a lovely place.

It never rains at Marco Island

We absolutely loved our view of the beach from the balcony! This was the highlight of our stay! ...but balcony ceiling fan would have helped with the heat. The condo was set up nicely and the kitchen included all the conveniences of home. Only one shower in this unit which was fine, but a new shower head is very necessary (and would save on water). All in all I would absolutely love to stay here again. One of my favorite Florida vacations!

A Week in Paradise

I’ve been coming to Marco Island since I was 6 years old and it will always be my favorite place to visit. This condo was everything we needed for our first family vacation since March 2020. The location was perfect with ocean views and a quick easy walk to the beach that is just outside the building. The condo had everything our family of 5 needed for cooking meals in and plenty of towels/linens. We are excited to come back to Marco next year and would definitely rent this clean, cute condo again.

Perfect Location..very clean

Absolutely love the Sea Winds location! This unit was very well stocked on everything. GREAT LOCATION for walking to beach. Nice Pool, Great SPA, I have nothing negative at all to say. OH & you must eat at Oyster Society!

Good location, Bad unit!

I took pictures (with date) on arrival, because it did not look like the unit was cleaned very well. I took up rugs in bathrooms because they were stained. Only one can opener, and it did not work. There were 26 wine glasses/goblets with stems. There were 5 other glasses (none matched), so I was washing each day. There was no hot water in master bathroom. Internet service poor. Could not conduct Zoom meeting. No dressers in master BR. 2 nightstands with drawers.I have 16 items that were bad. Left note, but have not heard from anyone. Tile grout in kitchen greasy/grungy.

Marco Island 7 day stay

The unit was clean and very comfortable with great veiws of the gulf . Was able to fish right there on the beach and play picklball on the 2 courts that they have in the front. Sunset grill is right next to the condo with access from the beach which was great if you got hungry or wanted a cocktail. 👍

Great view and perfect location

The location of this condo was great. Towards the south end of the island which is much quieter than being up by the Marriott. We looked at staying at the Marriott, but we decided on this condo instead as it was about a third of the price. The unit is a little tired and dated, but we expected that from the pictures and some previous reviews. While the unit could probably use a deep clean, we did not find it to be inhabitable. We have 3 kids so nothing is ever spic'n'span in our house. I agree with the other users that the hot water is limited as the water heater in the unit is pretty small. Overall, the beds were comfortable, towels were in good condition, the unit was relatively clean and had pretty much everything you needed. Price is reflective of what you get.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Any shortcomings are definitely made up for by the location. The management is very responsive to any questions or concerns that might come up. It is right next store to one of the island's best beach sports bars, and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, movie theater and miniature golf. I like how both bathrooms are off each bedroom and adjoin to the shower which can be completely closed off so it feels like two full baths. This beach condo is a very good deal for this area of Marco Island.

Great time in Marco Island; not a great unit to rent

We love staying in Marco Island and overall we had a wonderful vacation however we would not recommend this unit as it lacks some very basic components for a week’s stay. When we booked this condo we could see from the pictures the unit had not been updated like many of the others have at this location. With the pictures in mind we thought we had set expectations accordingly, as long as the condo is clean all is well. It was very unfortunate but the unit was not clean. My wife took the time on Sat. evening to make sure the condo, bathrooms, and bedding were clean enough for us to stay for the week. After she was done cleaning we set out for a trip to Wal-Mart to purchase our own bath and kitchen towels. The bathroom floors had hair on them that were definitely not ours, we are both blonde. The shower had many hairs and its own problems. If you like to stand in 3 inches of water while taking a cold shower and looking at mildew on the ceiling you won’t mind this unit’s master bath. The hot water runs out in about 5 minutes and the water does not drain from the tub until well after you’ve finished your shower. The towels that were available in the unit could not be used. They had been washed so many times there was nothing left of them but brightly stained thin material. This review sounds a bit rough but I can’t imagine what those towels would have felt like trying to dry myself down. The door handles throughout the unit were filthy; they felt sticky and cleaned up surprisingly well using only a Clorox wipe! The fridge had definitely seen its best days; acceptable maybe? but visually unappealing to grab a dirty old handle when going to get something to eat or drink. The glasses had permanent dishwasher soap stains on them and preparing food would be rather difficult because there were no lids for the few stained pans supplied and all cookware was flaking Teflon coating. The coffee pot was a fire hazard (no auto shut off) left and had to come back because we forgot and left it on and didn’t want to come back to burnt coffee or worse a fire. My wife called the rental agent and explained that our experience was less than desirable. The owner called us back that evening acting surprised by my wife’s detailed comments about the lack of basic cleanliness and other suggested improvements. The blame was laid squarely on the cleaning staff. Even though our experience with this particular unit was not favorable we had an amazing time in Marco Island
