Villa Larisa has the enviable position of being a comfortable walk down to the delightful fishing village of Benitses with its pedestrianised area where you will find a great choice of local and international restaurants and tavernas. As well as the beaches, it's also home to the areas marina which attracts yachts and from where you will find a boat rental and day trips to the neighbouring island of Paxos and across to the the mainland.

The villa is also located just 10 km from historical Corfu Town, the bus stop is just a 5 minute walk.

Built over three storeys with a total living area of 350 square meters, the villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. 3 of the bedrooms have “Royal bed” and 2 rooms with double bed.

On the ground floor there is a room ideal for families with children. Ie, one "king" and 2 sofa for children. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom & satellite TV.

On the second floor a spacious living room with kitchen , a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. The 3rd floor a further three bedrooms. One bedroom with a "Royal bed", a bathroom and a dressing room. Two other rooms with polutora beds and a bathroom.

The Villa has a large swimming pool 12m x 6m with a feeding system of waves, comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Also a built in BBQ with kitchen facilities. The house also has the added advantage of a gym.

The nearest beach is "San Stefano" is just a 7 minute walk. Here there is a cove of shingle, a cafe serving drinks & snacks. Sunbeds and straw umbrellas are also for rent.
