The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the city’s cultural and tourist center, where all the fun happens! It is next to renowned restaurants and bars in Porto, in a lively neighborhood.

The Aliados Metro Station is about 300 meters away, and all the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, the Douro River with the famous D. Luís Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, Avenida dos Aliados, and many others. Supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops are nearby. At night, the surrounding streets offer the most vibrant spots in the city.

To explore the riverside area, we recommend taking bus number 500, which is close to the São Bento Train and Metro Station. This line starts in Porto's downtown, passes through the Ribeira area, the Douro River shoreline, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can taste some of the region's most typical fish, seafood, and local products.

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever necessary (price upon request).

There is also a wide range of public transportation available to you.

The nearest metro station, Aliados, is located 350 meters from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke odor, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical assistance), the cost will be subject to inquiry.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to 150€. If this limit is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we operate under a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to make sure that Liiiving is easy!

The tenant is required to allow access for inspections when requested by the host, and monthly visits may be expected for this purpose.
