A lovely property, spacious with everything you need, fab location to walk into town, no need for car, fab outside space, outside furniture could do with a bit of a spruce up, overall would recommend and would definitely stay again when in this area
definitelyagawhen we are
The house was in a lovely area and well equipped. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Stratford is a lovely location with plenty to do even when weather was not brilliant. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Lovely stay at Rupert’s for the Easter holiday with family. The house is modern open floor plan on the first floor which is amazing for families. Beautiful garden which we were able to enjoy on Easter Monday. Kitchen is well stocked.
Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern.
Quick walk into town.
Great house and would def stay again.
Lovely stay, everything we needed.
Only problem was the oven broke as we were cooking our New year roast, owners were very helpful offerd to cook our meal or get us a meal delivery....No need as out roast was cooked, these things happen so would definitely stay again
Very spacious open plan property with 3 double bedrooms. Ideal location to walk into Stratford in a quiet road. Space for 2 cars. I would highly recommend this property
Great communication with Rupert from the start, very accommodating to our groups needs.
Perfect location to enjoy Stratford without needing a car.
Would definitely recommend.
Great location for exploring Stratford, near to amenities. Plenty of room for our party of five people. Lovely garden furniture to use, we had lovely weather throughout our week but the house gets very hot and not much ventilation to cool it down. Overall a great week spent with our family on a much needed break away for us all.
Very clean, nice open plan layout, a good space. Fairly well equipped- beds could be bigger.
We had a fantastic weekend, house well designed for 3 couples, open plan and spacious, excellent position for accessing the town and restaurants. Lovely outside area as weather perfect! Host very attentive (thanks for the bbq!). A few niggles - beds could be bigger and more comfortable as a good nights sleep is so important. We needed to go out to buy toilet paper (!) and there was no water jug. A sound system would be nice. All minor niggles really.
Great place, within walking distance to Stratford Upon Avon
Lovely & Clean open planned house! Ample space for our family of 5.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stratford upon Avon. The weather played nice & Rupert's house was the perfect base to explore the town and a bit further out. Would definitely recommend.
Wow what a find. Rupert was there to greet us and we walked into this fantastic open plan luxury and all well equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable.
We loved this house especially the open plan living area. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and even had equipment to bake and ice a cake! The weather was awful so we didn’t get many opportunities to make use of the great location but did walk down to the river and the RSC theatre one day and it was lovely easy walk. The owner, Rupert was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Netflix was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place.
Lovely place a short walk from the centre of town. We were 2 couples, 1 single person and a baby. Lots of room for everyone and a great communal area downstairs. All was clean. Recommended!
Clean modern apartment within walking distance of everything in Stratford
Very clean modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Stratford-upon-Avon. Ww didn’t want a 500 year old place with low ceilings to hobble around in, so this was perfect. We stayed for 11 nights.. Very comfortable and felt just like home being at home. Nice patio which we never used as it was either raining or wet, in between rain. Only complaint would be the three beds are quite basic and not that comfortable. One had missing support underneath, so your legs would fall into the mattress. But overall a fantastic place that felt like home.
We loved the location of the house. We were able to park our car and walk into town. The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the little back patio where we could sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay and can walk to town.
Rupert was easy to communicate with and the property was exactly as described. We would stay again if we travel to Stratford.

Great location
Thus property was in a great location for getting into town and had plenty of room, All bedding was clean and bathrooms were to, Unfortunalty we found that the kitchen area was in need of a good clean. Also there needs to be some instructions on how to use the central heating.

A gem in old Stratford!
A very modern and tasteful decor. The property was light and cosy. We hardly needed the heating on despite the very cold weather.Very well equipped although we couldn't find any more tea towels. Good proximity to the town centre. I would highly recommend it.
