Spacious two-bedroom apartment in condominium with pool 500 metres from the beach.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom is supported by another separate bathroom, both with bathtub and shower. The living room is large and the two sofas, each convert into a single sofa bed, which allows for a total occupancy of 6 people in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities including AC in both bedrooms and living room, washing machine, WIFI, and more.
There is a large pool as well as a children’s pool exclusively for the use of the few apartments in the condominium. Situated in a friendly residential neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and cafes as well the beautiful Dona Ana beach.

Checkin times are from 4pm to 8pm. Fees apply for later checkin:
Between 8pm and 10pm: 40€
Between 10pm and Midnight: 60€
Between Midnight and 2am: 100€
