Villa full of character, located in a privileged area with an excellent sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, but accommodates 7 people. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15m walk from Praia da Luz. Located in a quiet area is the ideal spot for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday with splendid days in the sun with sea views. Balconies spacious enough to enjoy a dinner at sunset. The pool area is spacious and overlooks the sea, offers a safe area for children featuring a reserved area in the pool. The main entrance gives access to the living / dining room with fireplace, here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor we have 3 bedrooms with single beds, and the master bedroom there is an extra bed, ideal for couples with smaller children. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is private. My Paradise in Portugal

The location is fantastic, the view is wonderful and the area is very quiet 👌 the villa is very nice but can be difficult for old people because of the stairs. It was amazing, a bit sad not meeting Rita & Pedro at least one time.

Great family beach vacation

This house and property were more beautiful than the photos, and the view of the ocean with moonlight on it as we arrived the first night was awesome. The children loved the pool on site, but it was also a short walk down to the beach, which was very good. Grocery stores were nearby, as well as good restaurants, and we hiked along the clifftop one day to Burgau. A very special place to have a vacation.

Everything you need with great vista!

Rita was super helpful and guided us right in. The pool was amazing. A vista from every room. Everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to the beach. Clean and comfortable beds. Fantastic villa. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely villa with huge pool!

The villa is beautiful and the views from the property are out of this world! Breakfast on the balcony was my favourite time of day. The pool is brilliant with 3 different depths which suited my children aged 9 and 5. We didn’t hire a car so the walk to the supermarket/beach etc was a bit of a mission but we were prepared for it and didn’t mind too much. The owner Rita was lovely and left a little welcome pack of cheese and wine. My only constructive comment would be that for the price I would have expected some tea/coffee/sugar for the first day or so but we managed to get to the shop before it closed. Kids loved the pool but bear in mind that it’s on the lower ground floor (kitchen on top, bedrooms on ground).

Outstanding view

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing villa. The house has all that a family needs to enjoy a proper family holidays. All rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are very tidy and well kept. The area is very quiet and private and the view is absolutely outstanding. The outdoor areas are very pleasant but could use a little update and maintenance. Overall i highly recommend it.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren Kinder 6-11 und meinen Eltern tolle 10 Tage in Luz verbracht. Die Kinder dürften sogar die Orangen ernten und im Haus ist sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse. Zum Strand kann man auch laufen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful pool villa - exceptional ocean view

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Very comfortable and very clean. Beds are comfortable. A few suggestions. The pool furniture could use some cushions and the two umbrellas provided for shade were non-functional. A sun blanket for the pool would be helpful as we really wanted to use the pool more, but was just too cold even for late August. Kitchen was well equipped but could really use some sharp cutting knives for prepping food. Overall, we would stay again for comfort, location and especially the view. Thank you.

Great Family Retreat

Absolutely loved the villa, very clean and comfortable. Lovely warm swimming pool which we enjoyed. Amazing views across Praia da Luz and a 10 min downhill walk down to a gorgeous beach with plenty of water activities for the grandkids also plenty of restaurants watching over the sea. We all loved our time in Praia da Luz.

Beautiful Villa

Rita has a beautiful villa in Praia Da Luz. Some days we didn’t even want to leave! The balconies are ideal along with the pool area and we felt a high level of privacy and security, despite being close to the road. The AC is another brilliant feature, in most if not all rooms. Rita went the extra mile by leaving snacks and a nice gift for us upon our late arrival (which was not an issue) and we really appreciate her hospitality.

Ausserordentlich

Wir konnten im Juni 2022 eine Woche in dieser fantastischen Villa unsere Ferien verbringen. Rita hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Bäder wurden neu, sehr modern renoviert und das Interieur zu Teil modernisiert (auf den Bilder noch nicht sichtbar). Die Villa befindet sich in einem gehobenen Viertel, an einer ruhigen Lage, aber dennoch ist alles schnell erreichbar. Grandioser offener Ausblick auf das Meer von allen Terrassen und von jedem einzelnen Zimmer. Wenn es zu windig wird, kann man auf die unteren Terrassen ausweichen. Die Aussenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Herzlichen Dank an Rita für Ihre Betreuung.

Jederzeit wieder

Das Haus hält, was es verspricht. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, wo man kaum etwas aus den anderen Räumen hört, moderne Bäder, sauberer Pool und keine nervigen Nachbarn.

We barely left the property all week :)

This villa is like having your own resort. My husband and I spent 8 days here (June 2022) with grand plans to explore the Algarve, but we ended up spending almost the entire time on the property :) The view is spectacular! Pros: -Super clean -Great kitchen and appliances -Great bathrooms/showers -Private pool with lots of outdoor furniture -Can pick oranges and lemons and verbena from the orchard -Lots of towels -TV is easy to use -20 minute walk to beach -Quiet neighborhood Cons: -The beds are single beds pushed together, which makes it hard to be.... romantic with a crack in the middle -We had to buy olive oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, so just be ready to spend a good $50+ to get the basics Overall, a great place, and I'd recommend it! Great place for a family to stay, or even two families :)

Wir haben ein wundervollen Urlaub , in einem traumhaft schönen Haus mit wahnsinnig schöner Aussicht verbracht! Das Haus liegt im Hang, hat einen wunderschönen Zitronen- Orangen- Mandarinenhain. Es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Zum Beach und verschiedenen Restaurants braucht man zu Fuß max 10 min. Es war einfach wunderbar und wir werden das Haus wieder buchen! Danke an Rita für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen!!!

Luxury Living in Luz

Look no further....Book it! This property's location and views of the ocean and Luz are amazing! It is villa living in it's finest and even comes with a private orchard. The interior is very modern and beds are super comfortable with fine linens. The outdoor furniture is also very nice and comfortable. The nights are a bit chilly in the winter, so having heating in each room was a bonus! But best of all was Rita and her excellent service and treats! Enjoy!!!
