The RMH is a delightful newly renovated apartment, consisting of a double bedroom, a bright living room that can accommodate two people in a comfortable sofa bed (140cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, electric oven and oven microwave, in a separate room with practical and wide serving hatch opening; a complete bathroom with shower, sink and bidet.

The strong point of the apartment is the romantic sea view terrace equipped with table, garden chairs and deck chairs from which to enjoy a suggestive seafront perspective.

The apartment also has wifi internet connection, air conditioning and washing machine.

Access:
Located in a quiet area near Letojanni, this welcoming sea view apartment is located in a residence and features a private beach and large outdoor common areas. A few kilometers away, the enchanting Taormina and the fascinating center of Castelmola can also be reached by shuttle bus departing from the stop in front of the residence.
In the area and in the nearby centers of Letojanni, Giardini Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola, there are numerous bars, pizzerias and restaurants where you can taste, among other things, the best fish-based specialties of Sicily. Comfortable apartment on the beach near Letojanni

The apartment is part of mid-rise apartment complex among a row of them facing the sea on the north end of Letojanni. I believe these apartments are mostly used by locals (rather than international tourists) so in October were nearly completely empty. The apartment was clean and functional and has a nice large balcony with a sea view between the building it is in and the neighboring building. The apartment is adequately equipped but we did wish for more cooking utensils (e.g., there is no cutting/chopping or breadknife), just serrated knives that are part of the dining set (though a friend suggested this is normal in many Italian homes and the truth is we managed just fine). Letojanni is a 15-20 minute walk but is large enough to offer numerous shops and restaurants and has a long pleasant promenade with plenty of cafes and beach clubs. For international tourists however the highlight is likely to be nearby Taormina and surrounds which is 15 minutes away by car. You can park in a multi-story parking garage that is at the end of the Corso for around 10-12 Euros depending on how long you stay. You can also easily access the broader surrounding region which has lots to offer including views and walks on Mount Etna as it is easy to hop onto the autostrada. Marco is a very nice and responsive host. Overall I would say that if you are looking for inexpensive accommodation that is close to a number of top tourist attractions and you have a car this is spot is worth considering.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea. Glorious sunrises while having breakfast. Marco the owner was brilliant and kept in contact at all times before our arrival. He also met us at the apartment and showed & told us all we needed to know for our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all you needed. It is a little way out of town that a car is advised. Beach is a stones throw but is also very stoney so some sort of beach/water shoes would be advised. Thank you Marco we would definitely stay there again. Goya & Mark.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Letojanni

Sehr schön, in erster Strandreihe, gelegene Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Strandpromenade von Letojanni mit vielen Restaurants erreicht man zufuss in 10 Minuten. Taormina und auch der Ätna sind mit dem Auto von Letojanni gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Marcos's Appartement hat eine tolle Ausgangslage, zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vermieter und Hausmeister sind sehr Hilfsbereit. Super Meerblick vom großen Balkon. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ideal pour la plage

Très bon accueil de Marco. Logement simple mais agréable hormis la salle de bain avec une douche "spéciale". Terrasse agréable face à la mer mais intimité réduite à cause des nombreux vis à vis sur les terrasses des immeubles voisins (pas notre cas fin septembre car résidences vides). C'est un peu isolé et les commerces se trouvent à 20 min à pied.

FeWo am Meer bei Taormina

Sehr schöne FeWo direkt am Meer mit Ausflugszielen Taormino oder Naxos oder Ätna. Man sollte wissen: kein Lift, und keine Läden in der Nähe ("zu Fuß "). Die FeWo ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles da. Großer Balkon, auch Sonnenschirm und Liegen für den Strand gehören zur FeWo. Der Gastgeber Marco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Très bon accueil de Marco. Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. Belle vue mer

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable mi juillet avec notre fils de 9 ans. Marco est bienveillant, il nous a donné plein d'adresses intéressantes de commerces. Letojanni est une petite station balnéaire familiale, sa localisation est idéale pour rayonner dans l'est de la Sicile. Nous conseillons ce logement.

Excellent holiday

Beautiful corner of Sicily. Middle of June saw only local tourists, so during the week we had the beach to ourselves. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance... All in all a super experience. I just wish Italians wouldn't throw rubbish out their car windows...

Perfect host and service, appartment very clean and well equiped

We stayed for a week in this small, cosy and nice appartment. It is part of a bigger, private complex where all apartments are alike and is situated in the second floor...the view from the balcony towards the sea is nice, we had amazing breakfast in the morning sun; you also hear the sea when you lie in bed which for us was very nice....behind the complex there is the highway and the train that you hear a little but in this area, almost all accomodations are like this...the host was extremely helpfull and proactive, i would give him a sixth star for this!

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Letojanni. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und liegt 20m vom hauseigenen Kieselstrand entfernt. Im September teilt man sich diesen mit nur max. 50 Leuten. So kann man super entspannen. 100 m hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke und die Autobahn, das ist aber wegen der dahinter liegenden Berge an fast allen Orten in der Gegend der Fall. Hat aber nicht sonderlich gestört, am Strand hört man davon nichts. Ein Mietwagen ist für die Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber Marco war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, hat sogar eigene Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand für uns gekauft. Vielen Dank, Marco!

Great place, great host, great area

We did spend some awesome days at Marco’s place. The apartment was neat and tidy once we arrived and it is located very close to the beach which you can use free of charge. We were there in September so it wasn’t too busy either. Marco is a great host, we could always contact him during our stay in case of any questions and he even offered to pick us up close the autostrada so he could guide us the way to his place. At the building, during the day there also always a housekeeper present in case of urgent matters. One actually speaks German. Tennis is availibe for 10€/h but the court is a little old. Taormina is just a 10 min-drive away and the restaurants in Letojanni are within walking distance. The one and only issue we had was the heat during the nights in the appartment. The A/C is only availibe in the livingroom area, so you can also sleep on the couch which can be easily transformed into another bed. All on all: great stay! Highly recommend! Thanks a lot :)
