A three level apartment located on the top floor of this spectacular Victorian ex hotel building.
Sun terrace and all amenities 5 minutes to Boscombe pier and beach.
Very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, Fibre Broadband, Wi-Fi, Sky TV , all sports Channels and entertainment. Sonos music system in principle rooms.
Close to shopping and central Bournemouth is 1 mile along the seafront.
We welcome families with children, but not toddlers due to stairs.
We love being here, and hope you will do too!

We live in London and use this apartment when we can. My husband and i both run small businesses and have 2 boys who are both now leading independent lives.

Why they chose this property
We have had this apartment as our family escape for years. It has of late been underused, so we are offering it for your break. Completely refurbished in 2016, and continuously maintained it has all you could want for a comfortable stay
What makes this property unique
The views from the balcony and lounge are fantastic. The building is Victorian and oozes grandeur and history as its past incarnation as a hotel. The flat is secure and well looked after by a housekeeper who lives in the block. There is a concierge on site .
