TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA

It is a newly built apartment with a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub and bidet; kitchen complete with appliances and dishwasher and washing machine. I have air conditioning in the master bedroom and ventilation system in the others. The apartment is located 20 meters from the sea; it is located on the first floor and has an elevator. There is a terrace, televisions and wifi.
Linen and beach towels are provided.
Upon arrival, a welcome basket is found.

Awesome location, good apartment

First of all, the owner, Andrea, is great. He responds quickly to any request, he's a very nice person. The location is second to none, you get out of the apartment and have everything within 5 minutes walk. In the corner closest to the apartment there is a very nice pizza place, Luigi's pizza. The ocean is 2 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants, bars, stores, banks around. We loved Las Canteras. The apartment itself could use a little update, sheets and towels definitely need replacement, bed covers looked rundown and dirty. Kitchen is good although there is only a small convection oven and 2 electric stoves, which for a short vacation may be enough. Overall very good experience and would definitely recommend.
