A property that falls short of great potential

With good views and proximity to cliff walks, beach and amenities this flat provided a fairly comfortable living area and decent beds. However it is badly in need of updating and would benefit from clearing out the clutter in cupboards ,one of which has no door so that guests sleep in the same room as 2 vacuum cleaners, an ironing board and other laundry equipment. Microwave, fridge, oven and extractor all retain old odours. I don’t like making negative comments, but hope that the property owner will benefit from honest comments.

A little break by the sea

Had a lovely 4 night stay, walking distance to the very long and Sandy beach. Apartment ideally situated, beach, shops and pubs all close by. Apartment is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen for rustling up a meal if you don’t want to go out.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a sea view

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, just the break we needed. The apartment has a great layout, lovely kitchen/diner/lounge with a sea view. With a bit more thought in regard to the decor/smaller touches and a clean of the balcony and it would have been excellent. But I definitely do recommend it.

What makes this property unique

The area has a host of award-winning restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres, museums and cinemas, as well as countless attractions and places of interest.

With its ponies, protected natural beauty and thousand years of history, the New Forest is Bournemouth's back yard and for those of you of a literary bent, Thomas Hardy country is just a few miles away (Bournemouth being Hardy's Sandbourne). Continuing the themes, the tranquillity of the nearby isle of Purbeck was the inspiration for Enid Blyton's Famous Five adventures.

Add to that the National Trust sanctuary of Poole’s Brownsea Island and the historic charms of Christchurch and its famous Priory and you have the perfect backdrop for your holiday - with accommodation from Bournecoast being the cherry on the cake.
