professionalità e cortesia

Appartamento pulito e confortevole e a nostra disposizione tutte le caratteristiche elencate nell'annuncio. Residence molto sicuro e tranquillo, tutto recintato ed illuminato. Per accedere al mare basta attraversare la strada e li scegliere di utilizzare la spiaggia libera o il lido attrezzato. I proprietari, Francesco e Marianna, ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire come a casa nostra! Sempre molto disponibili e mai invadenti, pronti a darci informazioni o dritte sul territorio circostante. Particolare menzione all'escursione sull'Etna fatta con Francesco (giuda ambientale molto preparato sia culturalmente che scientificamente) ricca di particolari e curiosità che hanno affascinato e coinvolto i miei bambini. In conclusione abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza, ricca di colore , sapori e nuovi amici. Grazie Francesco e Marianna!

Esperienza eccellente.

L'appartamento posto a nostra disposizione rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: molto pulito, comodo ed accogliente. La struttura, inserita in un bel residence, è veramente vicinissima al mare ove si può scegliere indifferentemente tra spiaggia libera ( bella e pulita) o lido attrezzato (ottimo). Il residence, essendo completamente recintato, offre grande sicurezza sia per la custodia dei veicoli che per i giochi dei bambini. Non posso tralascere un cenno ai proprietari, che ci hanno accolto con grande professionalità, calore e cortesia. Persone sempre presenti, disponibili, attente senza però la minima invadenza. Indimenticabile poi l'escursione sull'Etna organizzata da Francesco che si è dimostrato guida culturalmente e scientificamente preparatissima. Francesco e la moglie sono persone sinceramente innamorate della loro (stupenda) terra e non lesinano mai consigli e suggerimenti per visite ed escursioni. In sintesi: bellissima esperienza.

Excellent séjour en Sicile

Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable et chaleureux de Francesco et Marianna avec de délicates attentions. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec le confort nécessaire et une grande terrasse ombragée, correspondant à la description. Francesco qui est aussi guide de l'Etna, nous a fait passer une journée inoubliable avec excursion sur l'Etna et visite des gorges de l'Alcantara. Nous vous remercions une nouvelle fois pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

Nette Unterkunft so wie vorab beschrieben, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung, welche mit allem eingerichtet ist,was man für einen Aufenthalt als Selbstversorger braucht. Die netten Vermieter hatten uns, obwohl wir bedingt durch den späten Flug erst nachts ankamen sehr nett empfangen u. eingewiesen. Sie hatten uns sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasser, Marmelade und Brot. Zudem haben sie uns bei Fragen , was wir unternehmen könnten sehr gut beraten- auch eine Erkundungstour am Ätna war geplant, die aber leider wegen schlechtem Wetter ins Wasser gefallen ist. Eines unserer Higlightes war ein Abend bei der ganzen Familie und wir lernten sizilianisch kochen. Die Gegend in welcher die Ferienewohnung liegt, war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig, nahezu verlassen. Das Meer, welches sich nur über die Straße hinweg befindet, war wunderbar klar, und noch schön, um darin zu baden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Casa accogliente

Appartamento pulito in un contesto signorile e confortevole mare stupendo di fronte casa. Ottima posizione per escursioni specialmente l escursione sulla Etna Con il proprietario Francesco che ci ha fatto da guida turistica molto bravo e professionale. I proprietari ci hanno dato il benvenuto facendoci trovare cibo e acqua in frigorifero. Escursione sulla Etna molto molto bella la consiglio a tutti. Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra permanenza in questa casa.

Soggiorno piacevole e più grazie ai proprietari

Casa confortevole e pulita,compresa di ogni comfort (lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli...). La zona è tranquilla e a pochissimi metri dal mare, e da qui si raggiungono facilmente tutte le località turistiche: Taormina, Acitrezza, Acireale e anche altri paesini caratteristici nell'entroterra(Sant'Alfio, Zafferana...). I proprietari ci hanno fornito all'arrivo una dispensa dove poter trovare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e specialità culinarie del posto da provare; Inoltre c'erano offerte e sconti sulle varie escursioni a cui poter partefipare ,compresa quella sull'Etna a cui abbiamo aderito (giorno 30 agosto 2017). In particolar modo vorrei soffermarmi su questa escursione : il proprietario, che ha organizzato il tutto facendoci anche da guida, era preparatissimo e disponibile alle nostre curiosità. Ci ha fornito una conoscenza approfondita sulla cultura e l'ambiente siciliano,spaziando in vari campi : storia, biologia, mitologia ... . Consigliamo vivamente la vacanza qui a Fondachello in quanto si può godere sia di relax che di cultura e divertimento. Ringraziamo i proprietari, il signor Francesco e la signora Marianna di tutto, anche per l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato al nostro arrivo.

Appartamento completo di tutto, pulito e confortevole, in un contesto elegante e tranquillo. Mare bellissimo proprio di fronte. Ottima posizione per escursioni e visite culturali. Consiglio l'escursione sull'Etna con il proprietario, molto piacevole e ricca di spiegazioni su mille curiosità che non si trovano sulle guide turistiche, delle quali i miei figli adolescenti sono rimasti entusiasti! Senza tralasciare le delizie per il palato del pranzo al rifugio! Un grazie a Francesco e Marianna che con i loro consigli (luoghi, ristoranti, spiagge e tutto quello che volete sapere!) hanno permesso l'ottima riuscita della nostra vacanza

Vacanza mare e cultura

Appartamento accogliente con tutti i confort, all'interno di un'area residenziale tranquilla e sicura. Vicinissimo al bellissimo mare, al grande Etna (da non perdere l'escursione con Francesco adatta a tutti) e alle città di interesse storico. I padroni di casa sono accoglienti, simpatici, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza e curiosità ma mai invadenti.

appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas de la mer, juste une route à traverser et d'accès rapide à Taormina, Catane, l'Etna... Logement très fonctionnel et spacieux, agréable terrasse.Parking privé. Endroit très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont adorables , disponibles tout en étant discrets. Très prévenants et attentionnés. allez y sans hésiter!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région, l'appartement correspondait bien a nos attentes, propres, spacieux, il ne manquait rien et vraiment bien placé pour aller à la plage à pied ou faire différentes excursions. Des propriétaires charmants qui nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et sourire. Je recommande ce logement pour visiter ce côté là de la Sicile. Grazie
