Raposeira Chloe is a typical house from Madeira built recently, in a country setting, quiet and cozy own to rest and feel nature.

It is prepared for all types of guests: the nature lovers can hike or walk on trails that are taken at the place. Your preference is the mountain? Very close can go to the Fonte do Bispo, Paul da Serra, 25 Sources and Rabaçal. Surprise yourself still with nature "Laurel" - world heritage, awarded by UNESCO and considered as one of the seven natural wonders of Portugal, where you can view various endemic species of Madeira unique flora in the world.

If you prefer the beach or water sports, is a 10-minute drive from a sandy beach beautiful (Calheta) and others in the friendly village of Jardim do Mar, Madalena or Paul do Mar.

Next to the site is a small supermarket and a Catholic Church. If you walk a few minutes there is another small supermarket, several restaurants, cafes, farm market, Educational Farm and Museum.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with the necessary for a comfortable stay (kitchen utensils, TV, washing machine, towels, sheets ...). It has an outdoor space for barbecues.

A delightful house in a wonderful location

This a wonderful, delightful home. The property has everything one might need for having a great relaxing holiday. The bar nearby is fairly good. There are excellent walks close by and only a short drive to superb hikes. The beach at Caletha is great for a day out. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

Alles Nötige ist vorhanden

Kleines Ferienhäuschen über 2 Etagen. Die Gäste sollten nicht zu breite Schultern haben bei der Nutzung der Spindeltreppe und des oberen Bades, ansonsten okay. Sehr hilfreich waren die Kommentare der Gäste zuvor, um die Erwartungshaltung entsprechend auszurichten.

kleines Haus in den Bergen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, man hat eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer gehabt. Zudem konnte man das Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Leider war einiges stark abgenutzt z.B- Bratpfanne/Töpfe Toilettenbrille, Roststellen an Badschränken uä, da hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Haus herrschte. Zudem ist es an einigen Stellen staubig gewesen.

Great get away on Madeira

This was our second stop on our road trip adventure in Madeira . The owners live behind the rental and are very kind. The location is perfect for exploring the many hikes in the area as well as getting down to Calheta for dinner or visiting the ocean. There is a bar/restaurant just at the end of the road- super friendly people. We had cappuccinos every morning . They also make tasty waffles! The rental has a washer which made our travel so much easier! The view from the up stairs terrace was the best and it’s a great place to relax and read. When we come back we will be staying here again.

In orde

De woning is zoals op de foto´s. Geschikt voor koppel met kleine kinderen. Er zijn helaas geen babyspullen aanwezig. Potten en pannen zijn aan vervanging toe. Wasmachine werkte niet maar we werden correct geholpen door heel erg lieve mensen. Locatie is leuk. Alles correct verlopen.

Simple et fonctionnel

Simplicité pour la prise et pour la remise des clefs. Logement simple qui convient tres bien à une famille de 4 personnes. Extérieur sympathique avec barbecue et cour fermé. Coin très tranquille. Juste à côté petit bar snack épicerie très sympa.

Beautiful house. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good location, excellent cafe/bar two minutes walk away. View of sea from Upper sun terrace. Thank you for an excellent week. Would happily return in the future

Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Nette Vermieter; sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, wenn es mal Probleme gibt. Ausstattung wie im Inserat angegeben. Badezimmer ziemlich eng aber funktional. Küchenausstattung zweckmäßig. Für einen gemütlichen Tag auf der Terrasse fehlt es an dem ein oder anderen (z.B. Liegen/Auflagen) . Aber wir waren ja zum Wandern dort. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf der ganzen Insel; Leihwagen ist dabei von Vorteil. Minimercado für den ersten Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für uns (zwei Erwachsene) hat es gepasst.

Emplacement idéal pour les vacanciers qui ont une voiture, un petit bar magasin à 50 m bien facile

Maison agréable avec une terrasse bien située, parking dans la propriété, équipement complet. Accès à la voie rapide de Madeire très proche mais le logement est très calme. Seuls les oiseaux rompent le silence au petit matin. Restaurant chez Bettancourt à Prazeres régionale et de qualité à prix doux à 5 min en voiture

Schöner Wanderurlaub zu zweit

Ein nettes kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, welches alles bot was man nach einem anstrengenden Tag benötigte. Eine kleine aber geräumige Wohnküche lud zum entspannen ein und wenn man die Wendeltreppe in den ersten Stock erklommen hatte konnte man neben den beiden Schlafzimmern auch den wundervollen Blick vom Balkon genießen. Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, wenn man im Besitz eines MIetwagens ist.

Ruhe gesucht und Ruhe gefunden

Wir sind mit unserem 6-jährigen Sohn für eine Woche in dem Haus gewesen und haben es sehr genossen. Danach waren wir noch in einer Unterkunft am Meer, so dass wir auch einen Vergleich haben. Die Luft war hier die reinste Wohltat. Zwei Häuser weiter ging es in den Wald, den wir jeden Morgen mit dem Hund, der irgendwie schon zum Haus gehörte, zusammen erkunden konnten. Der Hund ist total kinderlieb und man schließt ihn sofort ins Herz (keine Sorge: er ging NIE ins Haus). Mit der Kaffeemaschine hatten wir Probleme die dazugehörigen Kapseln zu finden, so dass wir kurzerhand mit unseren Tassen zu der Bar sind (2 Häuser nach unten) und dort unseren Kaffee geholt haben, was auch sehr gesellig war. Die Leute sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus selber hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn mit Kindern gereist wird, ist ein Nachtlicht im Flur zu empfehlen, da dort der Treppenabgang UND der Zugang zur Toilette ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder, zumal uns auch der Blick auf das Wolkenmeer unter uns gefallen hat. Optimale Ausgangslage für Ausflüge!!!

Au calme à l'extrême ouest de Madère

Belle vue sur la mer depuis les chambres. Situation idéale pour ceux qui veulent fuir Funchal et les hôtels clubs. Manque de lumière au rez de chaussée et d'un vrai petit chauffage d'appoint pour les nuits hivernales.

Schönes Ferienhaus,aber Küche mangelhaft eingerichtet und keine Heizung

Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen. Es war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes auf Madeira ziemlich kalt und regnerisch. Leider gab es im Haus keinerlei Kamin oder Heizung, so dass wir an den Abenden doch sehr gefroren haben. Die Beleuchtung war auf Grund der verbauten Energiesparlampen in Küche und Wohnraum ziemlich spärlich, zumal von Außen so gut wie kein natürlicher Lichteinfall durch Fenster gegeben war. Dadurch war die untere Etage ziemlich dunkel. Die Küchengerätschaften (Töpfe,Pfannen,Teller, Besteck usw. entsprachen billigstem Standard, was für uns als Hobbyköche sehr enttäuschend war. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal buchen.

Nette, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel mit dem Auto und für schöne Wanderungen genutzt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, in der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es einen kleinen Laden in einer Bar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Très belle maison au calme et très propre

Très belle maison, propre et au calme. Une belle terrasse pour déjeuner avec vu sur la mer. Le propriétaire et d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours disponible pour ses locataires. Les gens du village sont très sympathique et l'île et magnifique. De très bon restaurant également au alentours de la maison. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Madère.

wir haben die zeit dort sehr genossen und wuerden jederzeit wiederkommen

das haus liegt in einer schoenen umgebung und hat einen innenhof der gut gegen die sonne beschuetzt.Von der terasse kan man das meer und den sonnenuntergang geniessen und wir haben jeden abend dort gegessen.Der vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die leute im dorf sind immer freundlich und suchen das gespraech.Ein kleiner laden hat die lebensmittel die man braucht ansonsten ist der naechste supermarkt nicht weit weg.Das haus ist aufgeteilt in zwei etagen die untere hat eine grosse kueche und ein kleines wohnzimmer.Dort ist es kuehl und leider etwas duester aber wenn die tueren auf sind ist es freundlich und hell.Im winter koennte es dort etwas klam werdden.Die obere etage hat zwei schlafzimmer und ein bad und die wunderschoene terasse und wenn man lust hat wird man durch die sonne geweckt.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt auch weil das haus ind einer laendlichen und ruhigen umgebung liegt und die levadas nicht weit weg sind.Alles in allem war es ein sehr schoener urlaub und wir empfehlen das haus gerne weiter.Mit besten gruessen kirsten und sabine

Preis-Leitungs-Kracher

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage um Wanderungen zu machen. In Paul do Mar (5-10 min mit dem Auto) kann man außerdem im Meer schwimmen und sehr gut schnorcheln. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf der Außenterasse mit Grill kann man im Schatten unter Rankenpflanzen sitzen, auf dem Balkon hat man Meerblick. Wie gesagt, super Ferienwohnung. Gerne nochmal!!

Schöner Sonnenbalkon!

Charmantes Häuschen. Im Winter sicher etwas kühl. In der warmen Jahreszeit prima. Freundliche Vermieter, frische Blumen und heimisches Obst zum Empfang. Im Innenhof kann man grillen, oben auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick Kaffee trinken. Schnelles WLAN vorhanden. War hilfreich bei der Wanderplanung, weil wir immer die aktuellen Wetterberichte hatten. Prima Standpunkt zur Erkundung des Westens und der Hochebene der Insel. Zum Baden im Meer und für den Einkauf im Supermarkt ist Calheta in der Nähe. Nett essen kann man in Paul do Mar und in vielen anderen Orten. Funchal etwa 45 Autominuten entfernt.
