Barn conversion with garden, rurally located near Dartmouth, 1 mile from beach

Garden Cottage is a beautiful former barn set within the original courtyard of the farm. It’s since been beautifully converted into a cottage combining original features with all the modern day requirements necessary for modern day living. The front door opens into a very useful area for shoes and coats to be stored. You then move through to the light filled living room with it’s wonderful wood burner, wooden beamed ceiling and large double doors opening on to the rear enclosed garden with BBQ.

From the living room you can access the fully equipped modern cottage kitchen with the dining table to seat up to five. We can also supply a highchair if required. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher. The stairs to the bedrooms and family bathroom lead up from the corner of the living room, opening on to the landing where you will find the family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room. The window overlooks the fish pond looking down towards the tennis court. The twin bedroom has two 3 foot single beds plus we can also supply a temporary Z-bed style bed which is perfect for a child.
Guests have access to the shared tennis court in the complex, listed in The Telegraph as one of the top ten most beautiful tennis courts in Britain! You can also take a stroll around the well manicured gardens. Garden Cottage is off the central courtyard area of the Higher Bowden complex, a small complex of residential properties and holiday cottages.
