About this property

Newly renovated 3-room apartment on the 5th floor, building "La Ménandière" with 2 lifts, located in the center of the resort at the top of the avenue des jeux, the main avenue of the resort. Arrival ski in front of the residence and departure for the ski lifts to 20 m by telecentre. No need to take the car, everything is nearby. Moreover in winter, we offer with the rental, a location in a covered parking 150m from the residence.

Covering an area of 50 m², the apartment includes:
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 single mezzanine (not recommended for children under 6 years old) and 1 television.
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 sofa bed in the living room with 1 TV.
- ski locker
- free WIFI

Appliances, and bedding are new.

All shops are nearby (Carrefour mountain, bakery / pastry shop, sports shops, newspapers, restaurants, laundry, bank ..)

Great apartment in a top location

Lovely cosy apartment in a great central location in Alpe D'Huez. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Kitchen is well provisioned with everything required for our stay. Bathroom is lovely with a powerful and hot shower. Owner very responsive with communications and we had no issues with check in /check out, although all communication required translation from French (easy enough with Google translate!) Plenty of storage space in the ski locker although no heating in this space, so boots and other equipment not drying. Would recommend.

Apartamento en muy buena ubicación

Hemos pasado una semana muy buena en este apartamento, cocina muy equipada, muy calido y tranquilo. Cerca de los remontes para llevarte a las pistas. Los colchones son comodos, se agradece después de largos días esquiando, lo único que cambiaría son las almohadas, por lo demás perfecto.

Bel appartement, bien agencé, bien meublé, en plein centre de la station, idéalement situé. Seuls bémols : exposition au nord, donc pas d'ensoleillement, le manque de balcon, le local à ski humide

Een fijn verbijf na een trubbelige incheck

Na een incheck met "een Franse slag" hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad in dit nette appartement. Door de instructies met verkeerde nummers stonden we eerst in het (achteraf) verkeerde appartement. Na contact met de verhuurder en beheerder is uiteindelijk toch alles goed gekomen en hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad.

Fabuleux!

Magnifique appartement bien décoré et spacieux. Équipement complet à la cuisine (même la cuillère à pâtes et la roulette à pizza). Il manquait juste le sèche cheveux (détail ;-)). Bien situé dans la station. Impeccable! Nous retenons l'adresse :-D

Placement idéal pour partir skier

Un joli petit appartement idéal pour 6, mais jouable à 7/8 : fonctionnel et très bien placé. Au pied des 1ere remontées pour rejoindre le départ esf Rousse / remontées Signal/Jeux/ DMC et retour skis aux pieds! A proximité de tous commerces ainsi que des loueurs de skis ou de l’arrêt du bus venant de Grenoble. C’est très pratique Les petits plus qui auraient été tops : Même si la laverie est en face de l’immeuble, on aurait apprécié un lave linge /sèche linge. Manque peut être un peu de couverts pour ne pas avoir à faire tourner un lave vaisselle à tous les repas. Mais on a passé un très bon séjour et on recommande.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (manque peut être un sèche cheveux pour les étourdie comme moi qui oublient le leur). Également très bien situé, départ et arrivée skis aux pieds,ou presque. Commodités et rue commerçante à proximité. L'accueil est très bien organisé,le départ également. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, comme dans une petite bulle loin du contexte actuel. Nous conservons l'adresse précieusement. Merci.

Séjour parfait !

Très bien situé dans le village et accès facile aux pistes grâce au télécentre à côté de l’immeuble , spacieux ( rare pour un appartement au ski) ,nombreux rangements, très équipé, cuisine et sdb modernes. Des vacances au top , on garde l’adresse en mémoire pour les prochaines !

Appartement extremement bien situé

L appartement est situé dans l immeuble jouxtant la piscine découverte, à 2 min à pieds des panieres et d'un téléski ou 8 min à pieds du DMC. Toutes les commodités à 2 min à pied. 2 chambres chacune avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple en mezzanine. Et canapé lit dans le salon que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Confortable, très bien equipé en ustensiles et appareils cuisine et aussi en jeux de société. Les petits bémols pour nous : nous aurions aimé avoir internet wifi, et 1 étendoir à linge à placer dans la douche. A part ça tout était bien!
