Accommodation The gated parking area provides ample space for two sizable vehicles and offers the choice of entering the cottage through the front door or as most prefer, through the breakfast/dining area. This spacious dining area accommodates ten guests and features an open-plan kitchen and distinctive dual porthole windows overlooking Bude Canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, and tumble dryer. This area seamlessly flows into the ground floor sitting room, furnished with two sofas, a fireplace, and a bay window with views of the canal.Towards the rear of the ground floor, you'll find a twin zip-and-link bedroom with French doors leading to a small outdoor patio/eating area. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a WC, a power shower over the bath, and a washbasin. Upstairs, the highlight is the sitting room with a bay window overlooking the beach and the sea, creating an almost seamless connection to the water when the tides are at their peak. The master bedroom faces the garden and boasts a king-size bed (5ft 6in) along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a WC, a power shower over a roll-top bath, and a washbasin. Additionally, there's a comfortable twin bedroom with a view of the canal and beach. A set of steps from the rear terrace leads to a level lawned area surrounded by shrubs and flower beds, and from there, another set of steps takes you to the annexe. The annexe, designed to harmonize with the main cottage with its slate roof, offers a twin bedroom with a television and a sitting room equipped with a double day bed, kettle, and fridge. French doors open onto the garden, and there's a spacious bathroom with a WC, a shower over the bath, and a washbasin. It's worth noting that supervision is required for young children in the main cottage, as the upstairs windows have a lower height, although they are fitted with security locks. Children are not allowed to stay in the annexe without adult supervision. Both the main property and the annexe are heated through central heating and are equipped with multiple televisions for your entertainment across both accommodations. The garden at the rear is accessed by a set of steps guides you to a level lawn area enveloped by shrubs and colourful flower beds.
