About this property

This designer decorated, newly renovated bungalow (1080 sq. ft. ranch) is a great "home away from home" for anyone in town for business, weddings, events, family gatherings and re-unions, house hunting, etc. It is comfortable and cozy, bright and airy, with lots of natural light.
The living room is well appointed and has a large TV over the fireplace. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped. We have a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer. (Store your luggage in here!). The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens, TV, overhead fan, lots of drawer space, and a closet. The bathroom has also been totally renovated and includes a shower/tub combo. There is another den/library with French doors looking out to the deck and back yard. It also has a TV. We are pet friendly (for a little extra) and have a nice sized fenced back yard with a cute deck and an outdoor grill. The dog park is a block and a half away! Walk your dog there and then walk to Canton St. and sit outside at one of the pet friendly restaurants on Canton Street!
Historic Roswell has become a "destination" because of it's hip, thriving diverse dining, shopping, and art district on Canton Street and surrounding area with 30 plus restaurants--many award-winning. There is no lack of things to do in Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee, or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and trails. Enjoy Roswell's famous "ROSWELL ALIVE" street party on the 3rd Thursday of every month from April through October! Also Roswell has many event and wedding venues within a 2-3 mile radius...

Perfect location & dog friendly

Property was great - home is comfortable, clean, well-stocked and conveniently located. Fenced backyard was great for our dogs. It was neat to be a short walk from so many Roswell restaurants. The owner was easy to reach and helpful - and she quickly accommodated our unexpected schedule change.

The accommodations were just as listed and more with many things being provided that we wouldn’t normally expect. The home was full of character and the perfect distance to walk to local restaurants yet far enough away for privacy

Cozy in Roswell.

The house was well appointed for a traveler with Keurig K cups, snack bags, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Fenced in yard for the dog and a food and water dish provided. Within walking distance to Canton Street.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was a wonderful getaway for us and our dog. The house was well stocked with all the basics and more than we needed for the week. We enjoyed having meals out on the back deck and birdwatching. The neighborhood is great and Terry is a fantastic host. Excellent location beautiful house

Everything was wonderful. Clean, easy and they have lots of extras- coffee for the keurig, snacks, shampoo and soap just a great stay all the amenities of a hotel but a whole house! Super book selection huge back yard for the dog. Walk to canton street restaurants and bars it was wonderful! Easy access plenty of parking couldn’t have asked for better

Wonderful Roswell

Great neighborhood. City of Roswell is beautiful.

Great experience. We went for baseball tournament and had so many restaurants near by, even within walking distance. We loved it. The house was impeccable.

Fantastic home in a great location

Upon arrival, this home welcomed us to a lovely layout which was also very nicely decorated! It was super clean, well-stocked, and had all the things we needed for our stay. The fenced in backyard was nice for letting our dog out and it was very private. The location was absolutely the best as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and even a small dog park. It was very quiet in our neighborhood for being so close to all the action. The owner was very sweet and gave us some good recommendations for dining that were also pet friendly. We will most definitely love to stay here again!

Another Roswell visit

This was our 3rd stay here. This house has been the perfect spot for my husband, dog and me when visiting Roswell. It’s immaculately clean, comfortable and cute. The location is central to historic Roswell and surrounding areas…. a nice spot to relax in the evening l.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in Roswell. The house was so comfortable and the location was convenient. Easy check-in even though we arrived late. The owner was gracious and left the lights on for us. The house had everything we needed, even a special doggie basket and bowls. We’d definitely stay again.

Best place Best owners!

When our family is in town this is the place we stay for our home away from home. The home is clean, spacious, walkable to town and the owners are there for you ALWAYS! I always tell friends and family about this home and Terry (owner) has several more properties we've also stayed at. Yes I recommend her HOMES!

Attention to detail

They went over and above the normal VRBO standards I've experienced. Bottled water in the fridge, some snacks, better stocked kitchen tools, huge amount of books, small amount of office supplies, pet policies. Very impressed and am extending my stay!

Wonderful experience!

My sister and her two kids stayed at the house for about a month and it was wonderful for all of them to have their own separate spaces. It was very clean and had a very welcoming feeling. It was very close to historic Roswell square. The hot water went out at one point and it was handled within the day. Amazing experience overall!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Roswell stay w/ our dog

This was the 1st time we’ve stayed at a VRBO house for a 2nd time. We travel everywhere w/ our sweet senior dog and it’s important to us that he’s comfortable. Everything about this house was welcoming and comfortable for us and our dog…. fenced back yard, doggie bowls and basket, coffee stand and snacks, immaculately clean, nicely appointed. We arrived late and the lights were left on for us. Very nice. The house is close to historic Roswell. We attended Alive after Five, which was fun, even if a bit crowded. All communication was prompt. It was an easy, pleasant stay all around.

I am so proud to live here! This is my husband's and my 1st home and throughout the years we purchased the 2 next door, so now we have 3 in a row on VRBO in addition to one other on Canton St. I am an artist, have a passion for interior design, and love hospitality, so putting these homes on VRBO has been a great combination for me. I just love it! I promise you will not be disappointed--no one has been so far! It sure beats a hotel room!!!
