BEAUTIFUL T2 APARTMENT with balcony overlooking the Cantal mountains. IDEAL 4 pers

APARTMENT for 4 to 6 people located in the Cristallines residence (6-storey building) which overlooks the resort. Level -3 therefore 1st floor opposite the station.
Calm, sunny, pleasant little balcony facing south-east (sun in the morning) with magnificent views of the lead of Cantal.
500 m from the village shops and the chairlift departure. Direct access by ski via a path joining the piste of the Prairie chairlift. The apartment is located on level -3 of the building in relation to the parking lot (behind the building), which corresponds to the first floor facing the slopes.
Separate bedroom with double bed and large closet - wardrobe.
Mountain corner at the entrance with 90 bunk beds.
Each room is separated by a door. (Assured tranquility)
 Living room with new convertible sofa (pull-out beds mattress width 70 or 140 new bedding with thick mattress) as needed and three large storage drawers below. A rocking chair is available to relax.
You will have storage shelves above each door (3). Wall mounted television.
Kitchen area: Round table with possibility of extension, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, 2 ceramic hobs.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain; WC apart.
No carpet on the floor; only Lino.
Sheets, linen not provided.
Inventory sent with rental contracts.
Inventory on the spot on arrival and departure with the delivery of the keys.

Si l'appartement est effectivement ski au pied et au calme car un petit peu à l'écart du centre de la station mais où tout se fait à pied, la location a besoin d'une bonne optimisation uniquement pour 4 personnes avec plus de rangement. Les tablettes au-dessus des portes, pas facile d'accès.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Malgré sa surface réduite, cet appartement est bien agencé et nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour sans trop nous sentir à l'étroit (4 adultes). Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire (sauf LL et LV). Le balcon face au plomb du Cantal est agréable pour prendre le café. Le look un peu vintage n'est pas déplaisant. Possibilité de randonner à partir de la résidence sans prendre la voiture. Merci

Un bon séjour

Petit appartement cosy et bien équipé. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions et sont agréables. La dame qui nous a accueillis était fort sympathique et efficace. L’appartement était calme, pas de bruit autour. Une superbe vue du balcon. Petite note pour l’accès à pied aux pistes : le chemin est très pentu et il faut être bien en bonne forme physique pour le remonter !

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la vue dégagée sur les pistes, l'équipement très complet (l'appareil à raclette a été très apprécié), la propreté impeccable et la présence de tous les produits ménagers utiles ainsi que d'un petit fond d'épicerie précieux pour le jour de l'arrivée ! Bref une propriétaire pleine d'attentions que nous recommandons ! Dommage que la piste qui arrive à la résidence n'était pas ouverte, cela aurait été très pratique.

Très joli appartement, très bien situé sur les hauteurs et au calme avec très belle vue sur le plomb du Cantal Echange très chaleureux avec la propriétaire et très bon acceuil de la personne en charge des clés ! Bref semaine magnifique avec de nombreuses randos et paysages superbes ! Je recommande !

Agréable séjour

Appartement confortable, ensoleillé, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes, mais il faut être en bonne forme pour monter le chemin qui sépare les pistes de l'appartement. L'absence de connexion Wifi est préjudiciable, ainsi que l'obligation de faire le ménage au moment du départ alors qu'il était inclus dans le prix de location.

LOGEMENT PROPRE AVEC VUE IMPRENABLE SANS WIFI (alors que la WIFI était mentionnée dans l'annonce)

Les prestations proposés sur l'annonce ne correspondaient pas aux prestations présentes sur place. L'annonce mentionnait (avant le règlement effectué sur Abritel) AVEC WIFI. Or, le logement ne disposait pas de ce service. La propriétaire nous en a fait part après le règlement.
