This is an apartment on the top floor of a Genoese family villa from the 1930s located about 80 meters from the Aurelia with an exclusive garden with gazebo and BBQ.
Accommodation consisting of three bedrooms, one studio, large living room overlooking the Golfo Paradiso, kitchen and bathroom. A total of 5 beds are available. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine.
The very bright and airy apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
A large box of 50 square meters is available to guests where a car can be parked. To reach the house it is necessary to follow a pedestrian street of about 70 meters and for this reason it is not suitable for people in wheelchairs or with motor disabilities.
From Bogliasco it is possible to visit by sea Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita and the Cinque Terre with a convenient operational boat service in the summer or by renting a motorboat in the marina with no license required. Genoa with many attractions such as Exhibitions and Aquarium is 20 minutes by car or train.
In the village there are numerous typical restaurants and supermarkets with two bathing establishments with deckchairs and umbrellas and some free beaches with bay watching service.
There is a 33-meter fresh water pool in the center of the town where the water polo team is based.
For surf lovers on stormy days it is possible to ride the waves while there is also a diving center that with a powerful inflatable boat is able to take hikers to visit characteristic underwater sites such as the Christ of the abyss in San Fruttuoso.
It is still possible to make excursions by land thanks to the proximity upstream of interesting trekking routes that will allow you to discover fascinating panoramas and characteristic villages. Also in the interior there are numerous trattorias where you can eat typical Ligurian dishes such as trofie with pesto and pansoti with walnut sauce as well as Genoese rope and focaccia with cheese.

GerÀumiges Appartement mit tollem Blick
Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und gerĂ€umigen Wohnung. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmten mit der RealitĂ€t absolut ĂŒberein. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut fĂŒr vier Personen, da in zwei Schlafzimmern eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage installiert ist. Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist sehr gut und lĂ€sst einen gut schlafen. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem Notwendigen und darĂŒber hinaus ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus den Zimmern aufs Meer ist wundervoll - wir haben ihn tĂ€glich gefeiert! Wertvoll ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, da es kaum öffentliche ParkplĂ€tze gibt. Guglielmo ist ein aufmerksamer und bemĂŒhter Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist und viele wertvolle Infos geben kann. Bereits vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Bogliasco selbst ist ein netter, kleiner Ferienort, der nicht ĂŒberlaufen ist und alles Notwendige bietet.

Lage: Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre exzellente Lage! Mitten im Herzen des Ortes gelegen, hat man alles Notwendige fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Focaccia-BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und CafĂ©s sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Umgebung ist geprĂ€gt von Meer und Bergen, was Naturliebhaber und Wanderer begeistern wird. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist ĂŒberaus großzĂŒgig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Wunderbar trotz Regenwetter
Wir haben in unseren Aufenthalt in Bogliasco sehr genossen. Guglielmo war stets bemĂŒht, alle Fragen zu beantworten und uns mit Informationen zu versorgen. Die Ferienwohnung beeindruckt mit ihrer Helligkeit und dem Blick auf die Weite des Meeres. Bei offenem Fenster riecht es nach OrangenbĂ€umen. Uns hat die Lage in der NĂ€he des Bahnhofs sehr entsprochen, da wir so auch ohne Auto unkompliziert die Gegend erkunden konnten. Vielen Dank!

High above Bogliasco
Willi’s apartment is a challenging climb up, but every time you pass through the main door you are confronted by the most amazing bird’s eye view of the Ligurian Sea and the 100 steps are quickly forgotten! The apartment itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. High ceilings, terrazzo floors, and a big kitchen (big rooms in general) make the experience classically charming. On some days we were happy to stay put and enjoy the changing sea and ship/boat traffic. The ability to park in Willi’s garage made the stay possible with a car since parking in Bogliasco is a bit of a fiasco. We had a wonderful/memorable month long stay.

Traumhafte Aussicht und unmittelbare NĂ€he zum Meer
Die Kommuikation von Vermieterseite aus, lief schon vor der Anreise u. auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs sehr intensiv Die Anreise und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verliefen problemlos. Von der Garage aus mĂŒssen einige Höhenmeter ĂŒberwunden werden um in den 2. Stock des Mehrfamilienhauses zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig fĂŒr eine 4 köpfige Familie ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer waren traumhaft. Leider liefen in unserer Urlaubswoche (Außentemp. tagsĂŒber waren in dieser Woche von 38°bis 30°) die vorhandenen zwei Klimaanlagen in den SchlafrĂ€umen nicht bzw kĂŒhlten nicht. Die italienischen Steckdosen sind gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Adapter waren leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden bzw teilweise waren die Steckdosen so locker eingebaut das die Verbindung gar nicht zustande kam. Was leider in dieser Beschreibung fehlte ist die NĂ€he zum Bahnhof. Dieser ist 2 Minuten Fussmarsch von der Wohnung entfernt. Allerdings fahren dort in sehr regelmĂ€ĂŸigen AbstĂ€nden alle Arten von ZĂŒgen. Nachts nicht so hĂ€ufig wie tagsĂŒber. Die Garagenbox (passt bitte auf die GrĂ¶ĂŸe eures Autos auf oder fragt beim Vermieter nach!) befindet sich unterhalb des Hauses in einer seperaten Tiefgarage direkt an der Straße. Leider hatten wir mehrmals das Pech, dass das elektrische Hauptgaragentor nicht mit der vorhandenen Fernbedienung kommunizierte. Somit konnten wir unser Auto nicht in der Box abstellen oder kamen an unser Auto ran. Bogliasco hat eine kleine nette Innenstadt und einen traumhaften Strand.

A quite perfect place to stay
We found this beautiful apartment on this website and booked directly. The view from the flat (and the flat itselfe) was awesome. The owner was the best host we've ever met. Totally helpful, gave us right from the beginning a warm welcome and a lot of tips and advises. We really really loved the time in Bogliasco. I our opinion is was the best place to be on golfo paradiso. Thanks a lot for this great time!! And even with two teenagers this place and the surrounding was perfect. For swimming we recommend the cliffs of Pieve Ligurie. No Sand, but really less crowded than bogliasco

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was large with comfortable beds and all of the facilities you need. The view from the balcony was spectacular. There is also a garage which is extremely useful. The host was extremely helpful indeed. We would love to stay again.

Top vacation
We had a very nice stay during 5 weeks. Nice apartment with a great view over the town and the sea. Bogliasco is a small town with everything you need available like shops and restaurants. But not very touristic. Use the train to visit Genua and other nice towns along the coast. Point of attention. You have to be in good shape because of the 121 steps from the road to the apartment.

Traumhafter Ort fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub
Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen im April in Bogliasco. Die Wohnung bietet fĂŒr uns fĂŒnf ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung - auch der KĂŒche - lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, man kann das Meer von jedem Raum aus sehen - außer vom Badezimmer :-) Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und der Weg hoch zum Haus ist auch recht steil, man sollte nicht nur fĂŒr die Unterkunft, sondern auch fĂŒr Ligurien ĂŒberhaupt gut zu Fuß sein ;-) Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, in dem man herrlich entspannen kann und in dem köstliche Kumquats wachsen. Unsere An- und Abreise konnten wir sehr flexibel gestalten und der Vermieter Guglielmo hilft einem schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp bei allen Fragen weiter. Bogliasco selbst ist ein sĂŒĂŸer ligurischer Ort, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehreren guten bis sehr guten Restaurants und einem schönen, kleinen Strand. Wöchentlich gibt es einen kleinen Markt, auf dem man viele Köstlichkeiten aus der Region bekommt. Die Anbindung an die Umgebung mit der Bahn ist problemlos. In einer knappen halben Stunde ist man in Genua, aber auch Portofino, Camogli etc sind schnell zu erreichen. Zur Einordnung: wir sind eine fĂŒnfköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (16, 13 und 5 Jahre alt).

Beautiful views and very relaxing
We very much enjoyed our stay in Bogliasco. The apartment was great and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The views from the balcony and windows were lovely to wake up to. It was very easy to get to Genoa by train (~25 min), station is a short walk from the front door. Bogliasco itself is pretty quiet, which we liked - and there is a lot to explore nearby. The host was great and gave us lots of tips for places to see, eat, etc. Would love to come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gross und sehr schön. Der Ausblick aufs Meer wunderbar. Die vielen Informationen des Vermieters waren hilfreich. Auf dem Balkon der Wohnung sind Zug- und StrassenlĂ€rm hörbar. Fin velholdt bolig med masser af plads. I de 2 sovevÊrelser var der fin aircondition, hvilket var rigtig skÞnt til natten. God stor stue med gode pÊne mÞbler. Urlaub in Ligurien
Die große und saubere Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern) was man braucht und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Man sollte jedoch körperlich fit sein, da es einige Höhenmeter zu ĂŒberwinden gilt. Guglielmo gab eine Menge wertvoller Tipps, von fahren mit der Bahn und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, bis hin zu Esslokalen. Atemberaubender Blick vom Balkon
Wir waren nach Pfingsten in diesem geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Appartement. Die Klimaanlage haben wir wegen des Seewinds nie gebraucht. Der Vermieter hatte sich bereits im Vorfeld der Reise mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, um allfĂ€llige Fragen zu klĂ€ren. Zur Übergabe an uns war er vor Ort und hat alle Details erklĂ€rt. WĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes stand er bei Fragen immer zur VerfĂŒgung und hat uns auf Wunsch wertvolle Tipps der Einheimischen gegeben. Die Aufgang von der Straße ist steil aber gut zu bewĂ€ltigen. Man wird jedes Mal entlohnt mit einem fantastischen Blick ĂŒber den Golfo Paradiso. Die Bilder des Vermieters sind absolut authentisch. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Urlaubserfahrung. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. 5 Wochen in einer ganz besonders schönen Wohnung mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick auf den Golfo Paradiso. Bogliasco ist ein bezaubernder Ort, jenseits von Massentourismus, mit allem, was man fĂŒr einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Schöne Septemberferien in Bogliasco
Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Giuglielmo und seiner Tochter, danke! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell mit grossen Zimmern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Grossartige Aussicht aufs Meer. Das alte Zentrum des StĂ€dchens und der Strand sind zu Fuß sehr rasch erreichbar. Nicht so gefallen hat uns die vielbefahrene Strasse Via Aurelia unterhalb des Hauses, die mĂŒhsam zu ĂŒberqueren ist. Danke fĂŒr alles und " alla prossima".

We have seldom felt so comfortable in a holiday apartment: Even in midsummer the apartment is pleasantly cool, which is due to the beautiful stone terrazzo floor and the many windows that make the apartment nice and bright. Air conditioner? We didn't need it. But let's start with the highlight: the view here is awesome! We almost didn't leave the house because the sea-view from the small balcony or even right from the living room is so fantastic. The equipment is above average, especially the kitchen is equipped for real chefs. Beds and bathroom are high quality. The location is ideal, only a few minutes from the beautiful village center and the clean beach. The garden is also beautifully designed and very well equipped with a grill, etc. Bogliasco is a great place to start in the Cinque Terre or Genoa. The train station, with which everything can be reached quickly, is right in front of the house. We didn't even move our car in the two weeks, but we were very happy about the underground car park that belongs to the apartment. Bogliasco itself is a small, very pretty but not so touristy place with all the amenities you need for daily life. Guglielmo is a warm, very personable host who not only knows his way around the area and can give valuable tips on how to spend his free time, but above all has one wish: that his guests have a really wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. We also have another property near the pier and so this one that we used up to the past year and in which we lived in the summer season for 12 years we regretted it remained empty ...

What makes this property unique

The house is located in a 2-storey 1930s villas with the typical Genoese plant and the original pavilions decorated with grits. It is furnished in a modern style with light and bright colors enriched by vintage inserts. The villa is located about 80 meters from the main road (Aurelia) and can be reached by a characteristic pedestrian street (crĂȘuza) also accessible with a wheelchair suitcase. It is not suitable for people with handicap.

Guest access

In the private garden with fruit trees and an imposing centenary palm tree, there is a BBQ with large table, umbrellas and deck chairs for relaxation.

My on-site presence is not fixed and therefore third-person assistance can be guaranteed when checking in or contacting in case of need.

Other things to note

It is possible to get out of the house directly in the swimsuit for easy access to the beaches available are the church or the Roman bridge. The beaches are free or if you want you can rent parasols and deckchairs. There are good bars and restaurants where to dine or dine all within walking distance.
