Magnificent and large apartment in the Tuscan countryside

The charm of Tuscany, in an olive grove, of six apartments, with swimming pool, in the great estate of over 300 hectares. The Hill of the House The Ice is surrounded by woods, with miles of trails and a great riding.
The Vallelunga Estate is an exceptional beauty setting, just a few kilometers from the main roads. It is a large green lung where you can jog in the morning (more than 10 km of paths in the woods and valleys) and where children can be left free gallop riding in the horse-riding center of the farm while your parents relax in the pool of the Ice house. Or you can decide to start discovering one of the art cities that made Tuscany famous in the world in just ten minutes you will reach the highway. Relax, nature and culture all together.
The Fireplace is a large apartment on the first floor (90 sqm). Wooden ceilings, large living room with single sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with four burners, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet. Large garden with barbecue and tables, pool and sun loungers. free, table tennis, free outdoor parking, laundry with iron / ironing board and washing machine.

The house is 15 km from the international airport and Pisa station, 10 km from the train station and 8 km from the port of Livorno. Marina di Pisa is 22 km away, Quercianella 24 km away.

Tuscan apartment

Welcoming hosts, large and spacious apartment, beautiful pool in peaceful countryside but close to major Tuscan sites of interest. We visited Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca and port of Livorno.

Idyllisch gelegen mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen

Das alte Bauernhaus umfasst insgesamt 6 Wohnungen und ist idyllisch (ein wenig verlassen) mitten in der Natur gelegen. Nachts begegnet man hier sogar ab und zu Wildschweinen, die dem Haus relativ nah kommen. Durch die Lage mitten in der Natur gibt es hier sehr sehr viele Mücken, so dass man abends nicht lange draußen sitzen kann, da man ansonsten komplett zerstochen wird. Das Haus ist von Guasticce und Livorno über sehr schlechte, steinige und staubige Schotter- und Feldwege (2-3km) zu erreichen. Fußläufig kann man von hier nichts unternehmen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Livorno ist in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 7 km entfernt (Lidl, Coop). Ansonsten ist Pisa in 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof von Livorno ist ca. 11 Minuten entfernt und von da aus ist Florenz in 70-80 Minuten per Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr einfach ausgestattet,verfügte über Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern - die Wärme war jedoch nicht aus den Räumen zu bekommen (Reisezeit Juli), trotzdem wir die ganze Nacht die Fenster auf hatten. Hier fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war bis auf die Spülmaschine (ist wohl nicht in allen Wohnungen vorhanden) sehr einfach ausgestattet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Pool - dieser hat eine gute Größe und wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Einzig der Ort des Check-In ist noch weiter in der Natur gelegen und auf den ersten Blick sehr befremdlich.

Wonderful nature!

This was a unique experience, immersed in the wilderness, but at the same time close to the city. The apartment is very functional and cozy, but not so clean.
