The studio has a great location in a popular tourist area of ​​Umag - Punta, 2 km from the center of Umag, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 meters from the beach. In the common ground 1 500 m2 (fenced) with the well-kept garden, the swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, open from 23. 04. to 24. 09.). At disposal: boat (extra). All guests of the residence have free access to the pool, deckchairs, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue and bicycles. Free parking near the house.
