The new cozy, modern and functional studio on the ground floor with small terrace and pool view in a multi-family house in Umag - Punta just 300 m from the beach and about a kilometer from the center of Umag. It is located in a sunny and quiet location. In common the property of 1500 square meters, the well-kept garden, the swimming pool (8x4 m depth 135 cm operating from 22. 04.-22. 09.), sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor heated Jacuzzi, bicycles, barbecue. The location is great for vacation, the beach and the various bathing facilities are within walking distance in a few minutes.
During the ATP tennis tournament 12. 7.-21. 7.2019., Noise is possible.
The studio has a small double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace (5 m2) with table and two chairs and pool view. Open kitchen - kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hobs, microwave) with dining table, bathroom with shower / WC. Internet connection (WiFi, free - there may be problems with the connection on the terrace the signal is stronger).
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).
The accommodation is located in a residence with 11 apartments that are rented for summer holidays.
The air-conditioned studio has 18 m2, on the ground floor, nice and functional. Excellent choice to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.
The studio has a great location in a popular tourist area of Umag - Punta, 2 km from the center of Umag, in a sunny position.
The grocery store is just 500 m away, the restaurant is 400 m away. The tennis courts are only 200 m away, a public playground 20 m away.
All guests of the residence have free access to the pool, deckchairs, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue and bicycles. Free parking near the house.

* the tourist tax €1.60 per adult per night to be paid in cash upon arrival
* Final cleaning fee €30 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* On arrival you have to pay in cash the registration € 7 per person only on the first day.
* The deposit is paid on site 100 €, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
