My apartment is located in a seaside resort 20 minutes from the airport.
You will appreciate it for its beautiful view of the bay of Fort-de-France, its calm and its proximity to the beach, restaurants, casino, cultural activities and supermarkets.
Linen provided, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom, access to many channels, a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room, a fitted kitchen, offer you a pleasant stay.

Descriptif de l'appartement exact, vue sur Fort-de France et les Mornes au-delà. Propriété très sympathique et accueillante quelque soit l'heure.Quelques produits laissés par les précédents, ce qui est top lorsque l'on arrive à 21 h. :)Proximité de la Pointe du Bout (1km), facilité d'accès à Fort-de-rance avec les navettes maritimes qui permette d'éviter l'encombrement de l'accès routier.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé 28 jours dans cet appartement que nous connaissions déjà. L'appartement est très bien entretenu par la propriétaire, très bien situé avec vue sur Fort de France. Situation parfaite

Petit appartement, mais fonctionnel et bien agencé. Belle vue, depuis le balcon sur la baie de Fort-de-France. La plage est à environ 200 m, et il y a une petite côte pour revenir, mais rien d’impraticable.

Emplacement idéal

Bonne adresse pour cet appartement où il ne manque pas grand chose, nous avons apprécié l exposition car il ne fait pas trop chaud et l appartement est traversant donc bien aéré. Très belle vue sur FDF et tout à proximité

LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU

L'appart est idéalement situé à 10 mn à pieds de la plage et à proximité des restaurants. L'Anse mitan est un des endroits touristiques de l'île et très bien fréquenté. Dépaysement total assuré et l'appart est bien équipé pour un séjour de qualité.

Ensemble super positif !

La propriété est très bien située comme décrite dans l'annonce: petits commerces proches, plage très proche avec ambiance vacance, nombreux restaurants sur la plage et surtout navette maritime pour Fort de France toutes les 1/2 heures ainsi que Anse à l'Âne( qui maintenant est gratuite!). Un peu plus loin, à 1/4 d'heure à pied la tumultueuse Anse du Bout , le Village Créole et la Marina qui offre toutes les activités sur la mer. L'appartement est confortable et comporte tout ce dont ont a besoin pendant le séjour, y compris l'indispensable glacière pour les pic-nics, le parasol pour la plage et même 2 sièges pour le bord de mer. Petit plus, la place de parking réservée dans la propriété. Notre hôtesse, Danièle Genoud, alerte, aimable est très attentive à nos besoins. Un séjour plus qu'agréable à renouveler sans modération!!
