Ideally located in the sought after, greater Marbella East area, within close proximity from some of Marbella’s finest beaches and beach venues, along with an array of conveniences, this stunning Resort offers beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle and a wealth of superb onsite facilities.

The 2 story townhouse with 2 sunny terraces are cocooned amongst beautifully manicured lawns with 2 large swimming pools edged by attractive sunbathing decks. Additional features that complete this perfectly located resort include onsite restaurants, an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, a children’s play area and a concierge service.

Set within a prime Marbella location, surrounded by several golf courses, this Resort offers a truly unique holiday home with all the conveniences on its doorstep.

The property is new from October 2017, comes fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with all new appliances, TV's etc.

Close to shops, amenities and to Cabopino beach/marina where you will find a number of excellent restaurants and Chiringuito and you can walk/cycle along the coastal boardwalk all the way to La Cala de Mijas and beyond. Cabopino has reputedly one of the best beaches on the coast with acres of silky sun-kissed sand is 1.2km from the resort.

Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are all within 15 minutes drive.

Malaga Airport and Estepona are 30 minutes drive.

The cosmopolitan Malaga City is 40 minutes away. A must if you have a spare day to visit.

This area is littered with numerous things for you to do and is why it is one of my favourite resorts. I have sold a number of units here to clients from all over Europe.

Het huisje was prima alles was er, alleen dat je geen auto nodig zou hebben is niet zo. Er is wel een supermarkt om de hoek maar dan heb je het ook gehad. Gelukkig hadden we een auto gehuurd en zijn we er wel elke dag op uit geweest. En we hadden heel mooi weer ook meegenomen.

Lovely Holiday

We had a lovely time, the property was great, we are a family of 4 and it was a perfect size for us. Great pool and very convenient bar/restaurant in the complex. Easy taxi ride in and out of Old Town Marbella and also a short drive to lots of bars and restaurants in Calahonda. Definitely an area we would go back to

He estado alojado siete días en este apartamento y no puedo estar más contento con lo que he encontrado. Todo estaba en su sitio, todas las comodidades a tu disposición, limpio, funcional y muy agradable. Está en un sitio cómodo dentro de la zona Marbella-Fuengirola, a medio camino de ambas, la zona es tranquila y cómoda para acceder, aparcar y comprar, ya que tiene un Supercor a cien metros de distancia con todo lo necesario para la compra. La playa de Cabopino está a cinco minutos en coche, cruzar la autovía apenas. No puedo olvidarme de la amabilidad de Brendan, que tuvo el detalle de informarme de todas las posibilidades de la zona (servicios, bares, restaurantes, playas, etc) , además encontrarme a la llegada con el detalle de unas bebidas, pan, chips, etc (muy agradecido, Brendan) me pareció un detalle impresionante. Como resumen, aconsejo este sitio, yo es muy probable que vuelva. José Luís

Good location, great property which was very well appointed and extremely clean and tidy

We had a great time! The property owner, Brendan Brady, provided a wealth of really useful information ahead of and during our stay. Brendan's use of WhatsApp was good which made accessing the information and Brendan himself very easy
