Find us at Santa Catarina Luxury Apt I, a spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of Porto. It is extremely well-located and offers everything you need around you. It is the perfect place for your vacation.

The Space:
You will have at your disposal 4 spacious suites, a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, cable channels, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy your meals.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Right on Rua de Santa Catarina, the iconic pedestrian street where you can find numerous shops and traditional markets, you are in the heart of the city!
Just 10 minutes away, you'll find Avenida dos Aliados and the famous Galerias de Paris!
If you wish to explore other areas, you can easily do so, as you are well-served by public transport like the metro and bus. The Trindade metro station, with access to several lines, is just a few minutes away.

Getting Around:
* Metro Line E - Direction Estádio do Dragão - Exit at Bolhão Metro Station - 160 meters on foot to the apartment.
* We have a partnership with a transportation company. We can book a transportation service to or from the airport. If you're interested, please provide us with your flight details to complete the booking.

Other Things to Note:
Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost upon request.

To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The fee of €2.00 is not included in the price of your stay and applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a cap on water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs of €330. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member for property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
