Our wonderful designer villa offers ample room for up to 6 persons in 135 sqm (around 1453 sq. feet) as well as a beautiful garden right in front of the sea for an unforgettable vacation experience!

The Villa:
Modern architectural design combining material from local elements with the traditional white-blue Aegean colors.

2 WC/Bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with spacious balconies to enjoy the unblocked sea view just in front of you.
Big living room, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage room, extra utility room with washing machine, windows in all four sides. Fully air conditioned, TV, Wireless Internet etc.

Delightful Winter Visit
We had two very comfortable weeks in the middle of the winter. Being right on the beach you get an awesome exposure to nature but fortunately the house is super well insulated and the heating very effective. It is also very well equipped for longer stays. The area around Kalamaki - both beach walks and inland - is lovely so well worth a visit.

Beautiful Place and Location
This house was right on the beach with numerous restaurants right next door. A grocery and 2 bakeries were a sort walk away. The house itself was perfect! Plenty of space and very quiet with great views from both upper decks. Sunset views each evening were wonderful.

Bei diesem Haus hat alles gepasst!
Das Haus war sehr sauber, alle drei Tage wurden neue Handtücher angeliefert und die Betten gemacht. Die Einrichtung des Objektes ist sehr modern. Wlan, TV mit USB Anschlussmöglichkeit, Klimaanlagen, eine Küche mit allen Geräten die man benötigt. Ein großes schönes Bad im Erdgeschoss und ein kleines Bad mit Waschmaschine im ersten Stock. Wirklich top! Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben reibungslos funktioniert. Es gibt nichts besseres als am Morgen im Bett aufzuwachen und das Meer zu sehen.

Soggiorno magnifico, villa incantevole e dotata di ogni confort
Manolis, il proprietario, è una persona estremamente cortese e disponibile; non ha esitato ad aiutarci ed è stato sollecito e tempestivo ad ogni nostra richiesta. La villa è molto ampia, praticamente nuova e dotata di ogni confort. Gode di una vista invidiabile e nonostante sia situata di fronte alla spiaggia si può godere di pace e tranquillità tutta la giornata. Kalamaki è localizzata al centro sud dell’isola, è molto fresca e ariosa, ed intorno ad essa vi sono numerose spiagge da raggiungere facilmente con l’auto nei giorni in cui il mare di Kalamaki è agitato. La nostra esperienza è stata totalmente positiva.

absolute Top-Villa in traumhafter Lage!!
Manolis, der Vermieter, ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht und hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Villa bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen darf: super eingerichtete, sehr geräumige, voll ausgestatteten Küche (großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler, Herd, usw.) mit Essbereich, Wohnlandschaft (eine Couch kann zur Einzelbelegung, aber auch als ausziehbares Doppelbett genutzt werden) mit großzügigem Flachbild-TV. Hier befindet sich auch ein Bad mit einer kleinen Badewanne, Bidet und WC. Die 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine befinden sich im ersten Stock. Beide Zimmer haben voneinander getrennte Terrassen mit wunderbarem Blick auf das nahe Meer und auf die vorgelagerten Paximadia- (auch genannt Elefanten-)Inseln. Alles ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Details und modern eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich des Eingangs befindet sich eine weitere Terrasse zu ebener Erde mit einer schönen Sitzgruppe, wo man sowohl tagsüber als auch am Abend wunderbar entspannen kann; eine Markise schützt vor südseitiger Sonneneinstrahlung und auch eine Hängematte steht in diesem Bereich zur Verfügung. Weiters gibt es auch die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Im Garten stehen auch noch sehr bequeme Holzsonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Villa ist absolut TOP: fast direkter - die kleine Zufahrtsstraße endet gleich daneben - Zugang zum wunderbaren Sandstrand, wo auch die Liegen der angrenzenden Tavernen zur freien Verfügung stehen. Die vielen, sehr guten Tavernen und Cafes liegen gleich anschließend entlang des Sandstrands an einer kleinen Promenade; auch der Supermarkt, Bankomat, Bäcker und Souvenirgeschäfte befinden sich in nächster Umgebung. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen wunderbaren - wenn auch viel zu kurzen - Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke Manolis, wir werden sicher versuchen, wieder zu kommen!!!

A lovely house and a very warm welcome!
Great accomodation at a fantastic spot in southern crete. Modern rooms, great kitchen with unforgetable sunset views! Higly recommendated to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to beach and some very nice taverns and restaurants. Manolis was very nice and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible (even provided baby bath for us). Beach is right in front of the house and offers everything you could wish. Kalamaki area is generally very nice and not too crowed in September at all. Thx again for a fantastic holiday experience!

Vakantie aan zee
Een perfect huis voor max 5 personen. Zeer proper, alles nieuw. Goede bedden, geweldig dat eigenaar propere handdoeken en lakens voorzag VOor ons verblijf van 2 weken. Alles voorzien van shampoo enz. Prachtig uitzicht op zee. Zeer vriendelijke en correcte eigenaar. Alleen een beetje fris, begin april. De wind doet het hier frisser aanvoelen jammer genoeg. In de zomer moet Het hier geweldig zijn. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt, vooral delfinias. Heel vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. Achter de hoek , je waant je in het midden oosten, traditionele Griekse keuken bij yannis voor 7 euro pp alles in, zeker eens doen super lekker en veel te veel eten. Je moet alle overschotten meenemen! Voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt manolis!

Strandlage in kleinem Ferienort
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher) verbrachten eine Woche Ende Juli 2016 in diesem Haus Es ist sehr gepflegt, gut und neu eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 riesige Balkone mit Meerblick. Der Besitzer ist immer erreichbar, reagiert auf Nachrichten immer prompt. Neben der üblichen Kücheneinrichtung gibt es einen Grill und eine Waschmaschine. Dienstags ist Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel und es wird gereinigt. Der Ort Kalamaki verfügt über einige Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Wie üblich am Mittelmeer haben sich einige Tavernen/Restaurants am Strand angesiedelt. Zwar wird das Haus von den vorbeigehenden Badegästen meist "übersehen", einsam ist man dort allerdings nicht. Die Tavernen schließen im Sommer gegen 24:00 Uhr. Die Restaurants haben ihr Speisenangebot an das internationale Publikum angepasst. Um authentisch griechisches/kretisches Essen zu genießen, sind wir meist in umliegende Dörfer gefahren. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus.
