The MAR PINEDA is a holiday apartment located just a step away from the La Pineda beach, it has a large balcony and sea views. Right next to the accommodation there is a large park with gardens and a children's play area. A free public car park is just a few metres away.
The Apartment is distributed in a living-dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Possibility to add an extra bed for a 5th person.
The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room. The property also has a communal area with a swimming pool.
It is the perfect apartment for a quiet holiday. Right next to the beach and all the services of the city.
