With all the state of the art amenities you'll feel like your right at home when away on vacation. This unit is truly 600 steps to pristine Delray Beach. Its located less then 3 hours away from Disney World. Take a great summer OR winter vacation to our beaches and stop and see Mickey on the way! This is the "best" unit in the complex! The unit has a pull out couch which can sleep 2 additional people (extra charge of course) Queen bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the guest bedroom. All rooms have flat large screen TV's in all rooms, streaming only, no cable. Fully furnished, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the unit. Community heated pool, serene courtyard to sit outside and relax, no one is EVER disappointed in this luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

1 block from beach and walking distance to all restaurants, bars, and shopping. And if you have never been to Delray for the 4th of July, you are missing out! Delray goes all out for every 4th of July celebration! Enjoy these extra features when you stay with us! Take a week, take two or a month check availability.

Great Place to Stay!

Had stayed all throughout Florida prior, but never in Delray Beach. So we booked this place because we liked the location, and it proved to be really ideal. A short walk to the ocean and a block from everything you could want in terms of food, drink, shopping, etc. It was also tucked away enough to be very quiet and peaceful at night… The unit itself was really nice on the inside, as you can tell it has been successfully renovated at some point. The property manager, Diane, and the head of housekeeping, Jackie, were both lightning quick to react to any needs and were incredibly helpful throughout the stay… We would highly recommend and would stay there again next time we’re in town.

It was what we needed space-wise and so close to the beach. Did not use the pool. Owner responsive. Could be a bit cleaner ex: coffeemaker not cleaned, and some cups dirty. A bit of a problem with a. c. which she assisted with. Toilet seat not fully affixed. Lots of towels, and utensils. Could use a small curtain for the front door.

Great location: so close to the beach & Atlantic Ave & all the shops, bars & restaurants. The condo is clean, with all the necessities: Updated bathrooms, new beach chairs & towels, new washer & dryer , big TVs , refrigerator w ice maker. We will definitely stay here again!

The villa was great. The problem is that was advertised as having a pool. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, there were workers working on the pool -- cleaning, painting, etc. They said the pool wouldn't be usable for at least 4-5 days. This was a great disappointment to us all, especially our 7 year-old granddaughter

Great location!

This was our second stay in this rental. We love the Delray area and cannot beat the price of this rental and the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The rental was a great size for our family of 4 plus 1 grandparent. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, love having a washer and dryer (especially when vacationing with kids), and the pool is a plus and always enjoyed!

The proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants downtown were perfect. The property was clean and communication was very good. Beach chairs and towels provided were really nice to have each morning we spent on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Location

My son lives in Del Ray and this was the perfect location to the Ave., beach and all things Del Ray. We had 4 with us, but my son stayed a night or 2, but there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The property was in a great location 1 block to beach and 1/2 block to Ave. We had a blast and will definitely be returning and this will be our go-to place!

Perfect location

LOVED the location! Walking distance to both the beach and many restaurants. We used the free trolley one night to go to dinner - so convenient. And the apartment was a great hangout spot for our Girls’ Weekend. Beds and couch were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed for drinks and appetizers before going out. We would definitely return here on our next visit to Delray!

Condo is fully furnished with cook-in kitchen and dining area, everything you need to feel like home when your away! This unit has a pull out couch to sleep 2 additional people, extra charge applies. We also provide linens and fresh towels. Linens & towels are changed once per week, 2 week minimum is required. Central A/C unit is steps to heated pool. Seasonal rentals. Sorry no pets allowed. Free WiFi & parking. fine dining and shopping within walking distance. Like to play golf? There are several world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis tournaments 1/2 mile away. Garlic Fest every year. Delray Affair in April. Our 4th of July celebration is amazing! Delray is amazing! A home away from home. Just bring your luggage & toothbrush, we we'll take care of the rest!
