The villa is located in a very quiet small urbanization with a tennis court and a large swimming pool. It also has a private swimming pool.
5 minutes by car from Salobrena where there are shops, beach, restaurants, and promenade with a historic center crowned with its Moorish castle. 18-hole golf course by the sea 15 minutes away.
Close to tourist sites, you will be 45 minutes from Granada with its Alhambra, and the Sierra Nevada, 15 minutes from the city of Motril and Almunecar. Malaga and its airport are less than an hour away.

Fantastic house and view

This house was ideal for our group of six people: very well equipped, spacious and comfortable! The pool, terraces and view was amazing. And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Hopefully we can stay longer next time!

Vi har haft den bedste ferie. Skønt og roligt sted med den mest fantastiske udsigt. Huset var dejlig stort, pænt rengjort og fungerede, som det skulle. Vi elskede poolen og terrasserne. Aircondition fungerede. Det ene soveværelse var lavet som et anneks med eget toilet, bad og aircondition, og det passede perfekt til vores datter og svigersøn. Poolen blev rengjort en gang om ugen. Værten var rar og hjælpsom. Bil påkrævet. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Ideal para gente que quiera estar aislado de todo sin ruidos, excelentes vistas. Eso sí imprescindible coger el coche para todo. Una puntualidad hay un máximo de kilovatios incluidos y si te pasas hay que pagarlos aparte siendo 2 y comiendo todos los días fuera menos 2 días no llegamos porque no necesitamos poner el aire acondicionado si no seguro que nos hubiésemos pasado. Grandioos uitzicht!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großartigem Meerblick

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine vollständige Ausstattung. Von allen Terrassen hat man einen schönen Meerblick, den ganzen Tag Sonne am Haus und dazu noch ein schöner sauberer Pool haben zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen.

Dejlig og rummelig villa med en fantastisk udsigt over Middelhavet fra alle rum. Flot rengjort inden ankomst og velfungerende til 6 personer. Dejlig swimmingpool. Udendørsområde og havemøbler fremstår noget slidte men funktionelle.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Blick, egal von welcher Terrasse, ist wirklich atemberaubend schön und kann kaum noch getoppt werden. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sehr schöne und bequeme Liegen zum sonnen. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Klimaanlage kühlt sehr gut. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.

Meer soweit das Auge reicht

Zentral und ruhig gelegen in einer Urbanisation auf einer Anhöhe zwischen Salobrena und Almunecar mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Sonnige Lage, aber auch teilweise kräftig windig. Gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet hat das Haus dazu beigetragen, das wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Vue incroyable

maison totalement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos sur le site. La vue depuis la maison est incroyable avec la mer à 180°; maison bien équipée. Propriétaire charmante pour le contact avant l'arrivée sur place et trés bon accueil de l'agence une fois arrivés. Voiture indispensable pour profiter de la région. Plusieurs restaurants "les pieds dans l'eau" aux environs. Wifi disponible. Trés relaxant de séjourner dans cette maison; Quasiment aucun vis à vis ce qui est trés agréable. Problème de compteur éléctrique pendant le séjour mais qui a été pris en charge efficacement par Manuela de l'agence sur place.

Alles Bestens mit winzig kleinen Schönheitsfehlern: -zusätzliche Handtücher/Bettwäsche wäre wünschenswert -Stühle am Pool und Sonnenschirm sollten ausgetauscht werden Ansonsten: Super Haus, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, traumhafter Blick, Sonne satt vom Sonnenauf- bis -untergang, perfekte Einkaufsmöglichleiten in Salobrena oder Almunecar Alles in Allem: ein supertolles Ferienhaus (2 Personen Anfang Oktober 2019 für 14 Tage)

Super sejour

Claudine nous a été d’un très bon conseil et très agréable. La villa est superbement exposé avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est très agréable les terrasses multiples sont très appréciables à toutes heures de la journée. Une voiture est néanmoins indispensable. Tout est quasiment parfait pour un séjour entre amis.

Villa située sur un point haut de la baie donnant une vue panoramique sur toute la baie quelque soit l’endroit où l’on se trouve dans la maison. C’est particulièrement agréable et apaisant ! Communication et échanges très faciles avec le propriétaire qui a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes Accueil sur place très aisé et accommodant.
