It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Awel Y Llan is a homely cottage in an excellent location for exploring an incredible area of North Wales.
