Studio of 24 m2 refurbished with the only private terrace of 50M2 rated 4 * by the tourist office this year, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, and its private parking. With all the comfort fully air-conditioned, equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette with its dishwasher. The studio has lots of storage space, equipped with a 82 cm TV with 160 channels (French, foreign) and wifi, also with a 160x200 bed from Simmons, then an 80x200 sofa bed. You will also have a bathroom with a glass shower 80x80, and a washing machine.
You will discover with joy the happiness of taking your meals on its large private terrace of 50 m2 fully equipped, offering you a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.



Golf Sainte-Maxime (BLUE GREEN) offers you one of the most beautiful views of the bay of St-Tropez during a wonderful walk in the scrubland with the scents of Provence. Between sea, scrubland and cork oak forest, the rather technical course deploys its 18 holes over 65 hilly hectares overlooking the Côte d'Azur and the Var hinterland. Agréable studio très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Saint-Tropez. Nous avons profité de la plancha pour des repas avec vue sur mer depuis la très grande terrasse, fraîche le matin et en soirée. Plage au pied de l'appartement. Je recommande !

Großartige Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse ist toll mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht und auf St. Tropez. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und David ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Gibt Tipps, hat tolle Restaurant Vorschläge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder. Danke!

Top-Apartment für 2 Personen

Das Apartment ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was sinnvoll ist. Es ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist perfekt, 50 Meter entfernt vom Badestrand. Eine Besonderheit ist die sehr große Terrasse, die zum Frühstücken und Verweilen am Abend einlädt.

Tolles Apartment!!!

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist einfach top. Man wacht mit Meerblick auf und genießt den Abend auf der sehr großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung an sich ist klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Personen. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.

Agréable séjour

Tout était conforme à l'annonce sauf les frais de ménage de 35e non mentionnés et obligatoires. L'hôte est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli. Le studio dispose de tout et à répondu à nos attentes et est très proche de la vieille ville ce qui est parfait. Un grand merci à David qui nous a permis de passer une superbe semaine de vacances.

Tres bel appartement, idealement placé.

Le studio très propre, fonctionnel avec une déco moderne et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal car la plage est juste en face. Pour les animations du soir le centre ville est à deux minutes à pied. La terrasse est juste magnifique, avec une vue dégagée sur la mer et St Tropez. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. On y a passé une semaine magnifique! Merci!

Studio bien équipé et conforme à la description : bel emplacement + grande terrasse avec ombre et soleil. Tout peut se faire à pied. La plage juste en face est un plage de ville et peut subir la pollution touristique en période estivale. Je recommande cette location . TB pour un couple.

Great Property, but....

I booked this property for my in-laws, who were visiting from overseas. The property itself is very well located in Sainte Maxime, is well presented, well equipped and comfortable. Judged purely on the property itself, it should attract 4-5 stars. Unfortunately, however, the experience was somewhat tainted by interactions with the property manager. The property owner was very helpful in the process of arranging the booking, and responded promptly to all enquiries. This property requires to secure a deposit on a credit card on arrival (not at the time of booking as with most properties on HomeAway). I did not want my in-laws to have to use their credit card for this purpose, and offered to the owner that the deposit can be secured on my card prior to their arrival, but he chose not to do so. When my in-laws arrived at the property, the property manager wanted to take the security deposit despite my explicit requests that this should not happen. Towards the end of the rental she sent text messages to them about an appointment with her that she felt they had agreed to, although they had no knowledge of this. She used terminology such as "you are not trusted people" and was quite rude and insulting, which I had to address with her. The guests were also due to leave early on the morning of their departure, but she insisted that they meet her first 1-2 days before their departure so that she can show them where to leave the key on the morning of departure. This unfortunately added a very unpleasant aspect to what could and should otherwise have been a very pleasant stay in a good property.

Magnifique appartement au cœur de sainte maxime

Que dire si ce n'est que cet appartement est magnifique, conforme à la description. Fonctionnel, très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est superbe, la vue y est plus belle que ce que je m'étais imaginé par rapport aux photos. L'emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied. De plus le propriétaire a toujours était très réactif à me répondre et soucieux De répondre au mieux aux demandes. Bref, n'hésitez pas ....

«L'appartement est situé à proximité du centre de Ste.Mazime avec belle vue sur la baie de Saint-Tropez, et tout près de la plage. A l'intérieur, il est de belles couleurs et des meubles, des ustensiles de cuisine et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il était très propre partout et nous aimons la terrasse 50m2 beaucoup. En regardant en arrière à un séjour très agréable, nous avons demandé à la location l'année prochaine. Nous donnons d'autres clients notre meilleure recommandation. »

Location La Caravelle Sainte Maxime

Nous sommes absolument enchantés par cette location avec vue sur le Golfe de Saint Tropez, sans oublier sa terrasse de 50m2 ensoleillée du matin au soir, avec un grand parasol et ses chaises longues. L'equipement intérieur est également parfait ( écran plat, Wifi, frigo, plaque à induction etc). En un mot c'est vraiment le top du top, et nous n'avons Qu'une hâte c'est d'y revenir en 2017. Tous les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que le parking gardé et fermé. De plus le propriétaire Monsieur Flekser est charmant et sympathique.

Superbes vacances !!

Nous avons très fortement apprécié le confort de ce studio avec ça terrasse et son balcon offrant une vue superbe sur le golf de St Tropez , nous avons eu un accueil aussi chaleureux que le soleil qui nous est garanti dans cette region , nous remercions Mr Flekser pour sa rigueur envers la propreté et le soin de son appartement , tout etait fonctionnel et sans surprise , nous recommandons à 100 pour 100 cette location , bien située avec plusieurs restaurants bien sympatique dans les alentours ! Merci encore , et sûrement à bientôt !!
