Belgrave House is a stone cottage based in the hamlet of Mickleton in County Durham. It has five bedrooms comprising of a super king-size, two triple rooms, a king-size and a twin room, there is also two family shower rooms, a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep twelve people. Also inside you will find a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with bar area and a conservatory with a hot tub. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed courtyard with benches. Belgrave House is a remarkable cottage in a stunning location. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55" Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for six cars. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking.
