comfortable and relaxing stay

We had a short break at this cottage, during the recent storms. It makes for a very comfortable and cosy stay, with all you need. Just a short walk to the pub each evening for very hospitable and enjoyable meals, alongside the great selection of rums! We will return again :]

Comfortable cottage

Spinnakers provided us with a very comfortable and convenient location. Walking distance to the staithe and excellent pub, The Jolly Sailors. Although this is a fairly modern property it was full of everything you needed. Very comfortable beds and lovely recliners in the lounge, which were appreciated after a day out in the fresh sea air.

Lovely little house in great location

We had a lovely stay in Spinnakers, the location is spot on, within easy walking distance of 2 great pubs and within sight of the harbour. The kitchen is small but well appointed and as a family of 5 we had no trouble managing. One thing to be aware of is there is no WIFI which came a shock to my data hungry 3 children (we were delighted!) Also no driveway which meant on street parking on quite a narrow road. The lack of WIFI also made TV channels limited - (We only had 2 for the majority of our stay.)

We thoroughly enjoyed Spinnakers

We thoroughly enjoyed the break with our son and grandchildren. The house was very well appointed and we valued a washing machine and dishwasher. It was clear when I booked that there is no internet connection, but this would be very helpful to have, especially as the mobile signal is poor and we could not gt the DVD player to work. Location good for walking to the coastal path and the pub and also for travelling to other destinations.

Need WiFi

The cottage definitely needs WiFi because we couldn’t plan our next day out or find directions. Kitchen cupboards extremely high had to struggle to get out plates etc. Otherwise lovely location and cottage, loved the two sofas, extremely comfy. Pity the pub nearby wasn’t disable friendly because males couldn’t access the toilets.
