A new built sunlit villa for 10 persons with private pool and amazing view

Aurora Villa is built on a hill, 3km away from the beach. Olive groves, coastal villages, the sea and the islet of Thodorou lie in front of the villa. On the back side, you can see the lush landscape and the distant mountains. The location is peaceful and just 3.5km from the coastal road, where you will find many restaurants and shops. The crowdy resort of Platanias is 8km away and the beautiful, sandy beach of Falassarna is 35km away.

The outdoor area of the villa is huge... There is a private pool in front of the house with amazing view. You can relax on the sun loungers while the children play with the outdoor toys on the grass. There are many fruit trees and aromatic plants – do not hesitate to pick the mature fruits or use the aromatics to add flavor at your meals! There is a barbecue and a garden dining set under the shade.

The villa consists of 3 floors. The main entrance opens on the middle floor, on an open concept area. The sliding patio doors offer an amazing view from every part of this area. A twin bedroom (single bed with a pull-out guest bed) and a bathroom complete this floor. Three more bedrooms are found on the upper floor; the master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (single bed with a pull-out guest bed). There are two bathrooms on this floor.
The lower floor is an independent apartment, as it is equipped with a kitchen. There is a big double bedroom and a huge bathroom. One person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room of this floor.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge. The heat pump can warm the pool 5° C above the temperature of a non-heated pool, up to 27° C. A 4 days advance notice is required.
