Seawatch of Vilano is a quiet, 3-story ocean front complex. Experience the best of both worlds in this lovely 2-bed/2-bath 2nd-floor condo. Enjoy the ocean view from the deck, living room, and master bedroom or step onto quiet Vilano Beach from the building’s private boardwalk, while being just minutes from the attractions, shops, galleries and dining of downtown St. Augustine.

After a day of sightseeing enjoy the ocean rhythms from your private 2nd-floor deck or take beach chairs right to the sand. The back deck overlooks the building’s tennis court and swimming pool and also provides a peek at the sunset over the marsh. The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished with ceramic tile throughout, plantation shutters, granite countertops, and new kitchen appliances.

Before renting, please be aware this is a quiet building with many full-time residents. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Per HOA rules, there is a 7-day minimum required.

Laid back beach town close to all the attractions of Saint Augustine!This condo rental has all the comforts of home, fantastic ocean views from the deck just off the master bedroom. It’s a good mix of guests and residents so it’s super quiet and relaxing. We liked it so much we rebooked for next year!

Safe and quiet. The beach is never crowded. All of St. Augustine is a mile-long bridge away. The owner responds very quickly. The property is excellently maintained. I think the listing represents reality. We'll be back.

Seawatch in July

We’ve been coming to Karen’s Condo for several years now and have never been disappointed. The Condo is always just cleaned on arrival and all appliances are in top notch working order. Of course the main draw is the proximity to the beach and that rarely disappoints. Karen is always only a call or text message away and is always quick to respond if there should be any questions or unforeseen issues. We’ve already booked our vacation for next summer.

Always a pleasure staying here. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The owner is very thoughtful in the way she ensures the condo is well supplied with the essentials, and she provides note cards with advice on everything from adjusting room temperature, WiFi, beach, pool and tennis court access, as well as suggesting things to do, sights to see, and personal recommendation of local establishments. Beautiful sunrise view from master bedroom, living room and balcony. Appreciated the easy access to the beach for that morning walk followed by a dip in the pool. Looking forward to our next visit.

New furniture in bedrooms, new fridge and washer/dryer were very nice. Living room furniture was a little old and uncomfortable. Excellent location close to all the sights and restaurants. The weather didn’t cooperate however we still enjoyed ourselves and would definitely like to come back again.

A comfortable place to stay in Vilano Beach

First, the condo itself is very comfortable. It is well maintained, clean, spacious with plenty of storage for your stuff, the kitchen contains all you need for cooking, the beds are comfortable, there are notes attached to thermostat/remotes/switches so you know how to use them, and everything works. Second, the location is excellent being close to the bridge coming onto the island, being close to the grocery, easy access entering and leaving the condo complex, and the condo complex itself is well maintained. Third, the landlord/manager offers great hospitality with a welcoming gift, dependable communication throughout the stay, and gives you the sense that she cares about the quality of her home and your visit. We definitely would recommend this property to others and we look forward to a return visit.

Great Condo and Great Owner

My families experience with renting this property was fantastic. The condo is lovely and well equipped with a great view of the Atlantic ocean and a short walk to the beach. It is also very close to downtown St Augustine and all of it's charm. The owner Karen was excellent and quick to answer any questions we had.
