Fair View is a wonderful house overlooking Porthleven beach which has been given the highest rating of 5 Star Gold. It has many period features such as wooden floors and New England-style shutters which blend in nicely with modern touches such as a Bose sound system, a woodburning stove and a flat screen television with Sky HD package. Sleeping four people and a couple of dogs, this house also boasts a superb loft room which has two floor-to-ceiling gable windows overlooking the beach, cliffs, harbour wall and onto the seemingly endless sea and sky. Outside, there is a lovely sunny courtyard with patio table and chairs.

Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
General: Free WiFi provided. Central heating throughout. Woodburner lounge, logs provided from October half term until Easter.
Important notes: No smoking. Please note there is a shared access along the path next to the house so please do not block this as the neighbours will be unable to access their gate.
