The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has bi-folding doors opening out onto a wide glass balcony, and there is a separate balcony accessed from the master bedroom on the same floor. The house has many eco-living features and has a heat recovery system, solar panel hot water and underfloor heating. There is also the added benefit of private parking in a car port and a decked garden with furniture.
